Great location about 30 m from the beach. Ample on site parking and indoor swimming pool. Town centre is a few minutes walk either along the road or along the beach. Room was quiet and comfortable with a door to a small outside seating area.. Roller shutter on French doors. Good sized en- suite with walk in shower.. The dining area is well appointed with a varied choice for breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I visited mid September and had my bicycle with me to ride parts of the Vendée Velo and the town is very safe and easy to navigate on two wheels. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would certainly return.

Nicely renovated hotel near the seafront. I have been coming to La Tranche since I was a child, although we had our own place then. I didn’t even know this place existed, it’s a good location, not too close to the centre, which meant it was quiet and I expect it’s great in the summer. Free Carpark across the street.

Thin walls, so could hear people going to the toilet and walking up and down the stairs from reception.

Very pleasant room in a hotel right across the road from the beach. Bike parking in a garage that was closed at night. Good big swimming pool. Pleasant bar area. Short walk into town

Family-run hotel, spotlessly clean, tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms, very friendly and welcoming, and free parking.

The road has recently been made one way and includes very good cycle lanes, but the GPS navigation systems are not aware of the one-way system.

Great location near beach and restaurants, not too far from Velodysee cycle path. Has a Biike shed and swimming pool. Good value.

Good service. Nice staff. Swimming pool just between the hotel and the restaurant. Place for bikes. Possibility to have a small breakfast instead of the buffet breakfast.

A bit small. Room a bit old fashioned.
