Such a charming little hotel tucked away down a quiet street away from the very busy main port . Baggage drop off was appreciated as we arrived earlier than check in time . Peggy was so helpful and charming. …. Advised us on where to rent bicycles and supplied 10% discount leaflet. A Wonderful hotel full of charm and character . Great restaurant recommendation and reservation made for us . We enjoyed a glass of chilled wine in the garden before we went for dinner . Excellent breakfast overlooking the wonderful garden .

Our Room … number one was very small, but still very beautiful…. Only downside was that cistern on toilet ran constantly when flushed but we figured out how to stop it . If we we’re staying again we would request a bigger room

Very cosy; friendly staff; beautiful garden. Would definitely come back here to stay. The family room we had was beautifully decorated.

Apart from light continental breakfast and a light but delicious sweet afternoon tea served from 3pm onwards, there are no catering options at the hotel. However, there are lots of restaurants a short walk away. The property is on a small road where it is difficult to stop outside the hotel to unload the car.

.The location was great and the continental breakfast was very satisfactory.All the staff, especially the receptionists that we encountered were so welcoming and friendly.They really were exceptionally helpful ,particularly as I was trying to deal with the problem of lost baggage.My husband and I will hopefully get to return to this little oasis of tranquility in the not to distant future.

Perhaps the manager might consider a non-slip mat for the bath in room 12 as we did struggle a bit with the slippy fibre glass bath.LOL.The actual bedroom was just a little small for us but that is purely a matter of opinion.

Great location in the heart of Saint Martin. The house itself is stylishly decorated throughout with a quirky courtyard garden in the middle. Breakfast was plentiful. There was also the option to have cocktails in the courtyard which made a very pleasant start to the evening. We also booked a parking space in their private garage which was a bonus as parking is at a premium in the centre of town.

Three friends and I shared a family too which was excellent apart from the tiny toilet compartment which was effectively squeezed into a cupboard with very thin walls. Very steep stairs to our room which was fine for us but might be difficult for anyone with reduced mobility.

Beautiful building and location - garden lovely too. Room very pretty.

Bed was pretty hard and pillows weren’t great, so I didn’t sleep very well. Breakfast was a traditional continental style but sadly without any fresh vegetables (eg tomatoes) or hot options (eggs) which I found a little disappointing. My daughter was very happy though with the pastries and sweet options.

Booked a suite, v spacious.beautifully decorated,had a bath and shower. Didn’t have breakfast. No lift but reception kindly carried suitcase up one flight.

Poor communication on parking, I know the area and it’s full of one way streets but Google maps were not helpful, I understand the hotel knows this. There is a bollard on their street you need a code to get in if you want to drop off your case, the hotel calls it a terminal. Parking is 800 meters away approximately.

Hotel was very French chic set in a cobbled street. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of homemade produce. They accommodated well for gluten free guest.

Negotiating the narrow cobbled streets and one way system was a challenge for a British driver.

The breakfast is phenomenal! It’s buffet style with meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, bread, pastries, juices, meusli and granola, coffee and tea. For us, the hotel is perfectly situated - it’s an easy 3-4 block walk to the harbor and the pedestrian shopping street, yet the hotel itself is in a quiet area. It’s the best of both worlds!

Breakfast was really great. It’s a beautiful place to stay. Staff very pleasant and helpful after we arrived.

We did not receive a return email to answer my question related to parking, location and access code for bollard. It is difficult to find, so this was very stressful and we wasted a lot of time. But I eventually walked there, the staff member was very helpful. It’s in a pedestrian area, narrow streets, but you can drive to drop off bags and park in a relatively close garage. Just get the information you need for this in advance. When this issue was sorted, we did not have any further problems.

Un endroit très atypique, d’une élégante simplicité et sans arrogance. what a beautiful hotel or guests house I’d rather call it. everything is simply elegant, non arrogant. beautiful rooms, staff and breakfast! walking distance from nearby parking, beautiful short walk into the gorgeous village streets. highly recommend it!
