Great location and hotel overall. Lovely patio. Helpful staff.

You can get a free bottle of water filled with a filtered water tap on arrival, still or sparkling. Any refill after that is 2,50€ which I find a bit absurd. We have water bottles we take with us during the day and it would be ridiculous to pay 2,50€ to get 500mL of water… We stayed in the family room which had two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Both have no screen to prevent water from going everywhere so there was no way to avoid putting water everywhere. We stayed for one night so we were able to use our towels to dry the floor but it’s pretty wasteful if you’re staying for longer. That particular room only had windows that looked into the patio so no view there.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and good value for Saint Martin. The breakfast and general area is really pleasant and comfortable. The location was perfect. We stayed in one of the suite rooms with beautiful views of the harbour. The room was large, relaxing and had a great sofa from which we could look out over the balcony onto the harbour - just perfect. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom/shower was perfect too.

Fabulous location by the harbour, easy reach of restaurants. Parking (paid) right outside, a nice room, very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, though expensive. Very friendly staff team.

Staff were incredible, each and everyone of them were so helpful and friendly. A special mention to Amadu, who looked after so well and always with a smile. The rooms were extremely clean as was the entire hotel. The breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone.

A small fridge in the room would have been helpful but other than that, I have nothing but praise for all the staff and management involved in Hotel La Jetee.

Spacious family room with two bathrooms and great living space. Beds were large and comfortable and great aspect overlooking inside terrace. Hotel felt spacious and airy and was in a superb location within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Parking outside saved money and was safe and secure. Helpful and friendly staff added to a great break.

Lovely location, couldn't get better in St Martin de Ré. Staff were so polite and helpful, I was really impressed with the room and how it was laid out. Lovely and clean, everything you needed in the room!

I would have liked to order a drink but it wasn't obvious where to do that- there was a courtyard and obviously a dining room (for breakfast) but not sure where I could order a glass of wine and sit down.

Great location, just off the harbour and 3mins walk to lovely cafes and restaurants. Room was decorated very nicely and was spotlessly clean. good large bed and a nice view for a bit of people watching! All the staff we encountered were so nice and friendly, we all (including our little dog) felt very welcome.

The location is great with views of the harbour. The hotel is really lovely. Wonderful, kind, friendly staff. Beautifully clean rooms. We would definitely return.

Location, convenient parking outside but at some cost. Very comfortable room, enough pillows, very clean and nice outlook at the front. Very friendly staff at reception.

Apart from 3 days rain, the wifi was very poor. We didn't have breakfast as it seemed expensive, although I believe it was more of a brunch. Parking was convenient outside but worked out expensive for a several night stay

We had a lovely stay. It’s a brilliant location in St Martin, the room was spacious and well appointed, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside is that without air conditioning it’s a little noisy at night with the window open
