Lovely quiet hotel in a great location. Staff really friendly & helpful. Breakfast very good….. loved the personal table service., and the paper bag to take food away for later was a great idea. Great little terrace area for breakfast. Very good shower.

There was no mini fridge in room for water. Reception only open at breakfast & again from 4-6 in evening. Nowhere to leave bags if you arrive early as there is no one around. It is not a beach front property as was stated on booking.com site. Short walk 10-12 minutes to La Flotte & a little bit further to beach.

La Flotte is such a lovely place to visit and it was easy to walk to the port for our evening meal and we chose to have breakfast at the port too. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke fluent English which helped me as I was struggling with my French. Air conditioning in the room was a bonus as it was very hot. It was nice to have a bath as well as a shower and the bathroom was spacious with twin sinks. Wifi was good. The hairdryer was a good one. Parking was tight but it was a bonus as we had expensive bikes in the car and the area was gated. The hotel looks nice and there are lovely flowers around it.

That there was no kettle or tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No small iron or pull out ironing board either. The room was not very big but the decor was nice and the room was very clean.

Breakfast was traditional French patisserie but with an added twist as there was a paper bag for you to take away what you didn't eat so you could have it for lunch. Very thoughtful and very enjoyable with the cheese and tomatoes which we bought at the fabulous market in La Flotte.

Pretty hotel room with a large ensuite. Staff were really helpful and I particularly loved the personal breakfast service. About a 10 minute walk to the harbour of La Flotte where there are many shops, cafes and restaurants. The ice cream from La Martinière La flotte,was delicious and much needed after a cycle round the island.

The parking is a bit tight, but once parked all was well for the duration of our stay.

Tastefully renovated accommodation, traditional style with just the right amount of coastal motifs.Comfortable rooms with exceptional storage. Friendly staff. Good parking.. Ile-de-Re is possibly the most charming coastal resort in France.

Reception were a little over eager to practise their English.

So very accommodating of my health issues - recent hip replacements and severe arthritis. Swooped my first floor room for a ground floor room. A delightful breakfast offered. Wish it had been closer to the harbour but coped with the distance taking in to account my severe arthritis.

The bed was far too firm.

It was a very good location, very clean and very nice. I would have preferred a patio.

No gluten free options for breakfast, ironing facilities were in a room behind the reception desk and they weren’t very good.

Good, location a little walk to the port. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is safe. Clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was very good and is a great idea, I wish others did the same, providing a bag so you can take what is over to have later. I have already recommended to friends.

Location was good. Facilities were good and check in was v efficient.

The rooms could ideally have been right together. As it was there was quite a gap. In room 8 there were some ants around the sink in the bathroom.

Paid parking, short walk to the centre of La Flotte. Helpful receptionist.

No facilities to have a drink like tea/coffee, but then we were paying a low price. Privacy in the bathroom needs to be addressed.
