The reception staff were very helpful and made time to accommodate any questions you asked them The bar staff and waiters were friendly and polite Our room was clean and the swimming pool was excellent

There are two comments I would like to make 1. The shop is not well stocked for a camping shop. There was little choice of food and no fresh meat 2. The restaurant staff did their upmost to serve everyone and were positive but there was not enough of them. Our food turned up before our drinks. This is not a criticism of the staff but the lack of staff

We stayed in the hotel part and had a beautiful 2 bed apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. Pool was gorgeous and kids loved it.

We couldn't find the shop on site but I think it closed very early so we never availed of that. The service in the restaurant was extremely slow, we tried to eat there one night and ended up leaving as we were still waiting on a menu and a drink after 30 mins. Would still recommend the hotel though despite this

Spacious room , very clean, large comfy bed and a patio to sit outside . The hotel staff were really helpful . This hotel is part of a bigger complex with self catering chalets & camping . About a 10 minute walk to the beach .

The pool area is being refurbished and not ready for use ..lots of work going on around that area. We used the restaurant for our evening meal and were really disappointed, the waiter was helpful but the food was not good. It felt like it had all been reheated , previously cooked ? so very dry , fish overcooked & the potatoes were raw inside. We did complain and apologies were given & our aperitif was free .

Lovely surroundings, kind and welcoming staff, and a great, fully equipped apartment. The location is excellent—close to the beach—and the pools are perfect and suitable for kids too making it a great place for families.

The only downsides were that the on-site restaurant was closed during our stay, and there was a restriction on men’s swimwear at the pool, which we weren’t informed about in advance.

Lovely place to stay on the island. Close to the coast (although note the nearby beach is not really a sandy beach for swimming). Lots of family-friendly and convenient facilities on site, e.g., bike rental. Friendly staff.

Some of the physical aspects of the room (lock box, decoration) were starting to feel a bit tired and in need of a refresh.

Room large, modern and very clean. Shower pressure excellent. Pool complex wonderful. Staff helpful and friendly. THe bike rental service was great. Tennis courts, outside table tennis.

the local beach was disappointing and there were no vegan options on the dinner menu

We were here in April and the resort was very quiet. Ideally situated on the island for exploring the many beaches by car or cycling. The room was large with a private area outside.

Staff in reception seemed a bit grumpy but still efficient once energised! Staff in the onsite restaurant were very helpful and polite.

Great and welcoming reception staff which always starts your stay off well. Good facilities, easy parking. Great rooms. Tidy and attractively maintained site.

Restaurant and bar closed Tuesday all day and Weds lunchtime which annoyingly coincided with our stay dates but minor downside at this great site

Location was good, great facilities, nice room and balcony? Very clean.

Breakfast was very disappointing for €17 per head, dry mini pastries, like warm bacon and scrambled eggs and a few bits of meat. Better off saving your money on that and going to a local place instead.
