Our two teenagers and 9yo niece loved all the pool areas and that there was such a variety of slides. The entire site is well established with mature planting/palm trees offering plenty of shade even at nearly 40C. As a result the individual plots feel really private and not overlooked. The aircon at our duplex bungalow worked a treat.

It would have helped to know about the swimwear policy in advance of travelling, as we were scrambling to find fitting alternatives for baggy shorts when arriving at the weekend. Although understandable with the fast turnovers, checking cleanliness if the previous tenants chose to clean themselves and that basics work (such as locks on doors) would be good. Our daughter was locked in the bathroom until help arrived.

The location was good. The kid pool near the main entrance of the property is very poorly maintained we noticed some algae and black spots on the tiles. The heated pool was the same. The sauna located here is poorly maintained as well.

The establishment should immediately publish information regarding some items that are not available in the accommodation to give guests a proper idea of what they will need while in the property. There are no towels, no toilet paper, no trash bags in the bins. There are no bedsheets and the mattress cover is made of plastic like material which is uncomfortable to sleep on. Another information they must let potential guests know is that men are not allowed to swim in the pool in board shorts or beach shorts. The two bedroom cottage was perfect for a one week stay for the family

Even in early September, the pools were too cold for our nearly 5yo son, especially the one at La Palmeraie

fantastic for children of all ages! plenty to do on site and the water slides are amazing! pools are beautifully clean and the restaurants/bar have a good selection of food and drinks!!

The air conditioning in the cottage wasn’t up to much, very hot at night and only cooled the living area… The staff onsite were extremely friendly apart from the guy serving in the restaurant, I’ve never come across anyone as rude, got to the point I didn’t want to ask for help, certainly not the attitude you expect at all. ☹️

The location and how clean the resort was. Pool areas very clean. Mini market on site with everything you need. Great play areas for smaller children.

We stayed in 2bed cottage and there was only 1 air conditioner in the living area, Very hot in the bedrooms during the day and night, impossible to sleep.

One side of the property borders the autoroute & whilst our accommodation was tranquil, I imagine that people staying in the other side must get disturbed by the road noise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem with our car and were assisted with our luggage and booking a hire car.

Swimming pools, small market with everything you need during stay. A lot of space at camping, high palm trees. You keep car in front of your appartment or bungalow. Restaurant wascno bad.

Appartment in concrete building looks and are quite old - better option is to take bungallows. Far distance to sea beach, only by car. Problem with getting to restaurant, during high season probably very difficult, you cannot make a reservation.
