Everything was great. The staff exceeded our expectations (we had a pleasant interaction with the hotel manager and she reccommended us a lot of things when visiting Lyon and best things to do in the city). The room was nice and tidy, as well as the bathroom. The hotel has a nice restaurant and the food is great. We had a great evening on its terrace. The hotel has a large, free and private parking place, which is great for me (since I travel by car). All in all it was a great deal for it's value and I'll visit it again if I pass by that place. If you dont't have a car is rather difficult to reach downtown Lyon.

Location close to the airport for a late flight arrival. Based on this one hotel, perhaps kyriad seem to be making the effort to modernise the overall style and experience, for example a really nice comfortable bed and pillows. Closest in style to Premier Inn in UK that are good comfy hotels. Would book again, and gives a positive impression of Kyriad that maybe Ibis need to copy. Also neighbourhood was fine, and secure parking.

Quite a small room for 3, but as we were just there to sleep, and everything else was fine.

The hotel's advantage was that it was relatively close to the stadium, which was important to us because we came to the Rammstein concert. For me it was ok.

Breakfast price: 14€ per person. The breakfast was very poor considering the price, the staff should check from time to time if anything is needed. A lot of things weren't there. And a sweet breakfast is a poor option. Fortunately, there is a bakery like 300m with great sandwiches made of freshly baked baguettes. That saved us. It's a pity that almost no one spoke English. Unfortunately, we don't speak French. I noticed that when we mentioned that we were from Poland, they were more willing to use English, and not only in the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Room was rather small for three but comfortable.

The shower tap was broken upon arrival and has not been repaired during our stay despite a firm promise given by the senior staff member. The drinks he promised as a compensation were never brought to us.

Nice quaint style. Lots of space in room. Fantastic pillows! Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Loved the window shutters.

No shower bracket high up so unable to have proper shower. Faulty bath plug too. To be fair we didn’t make the hotel aware but I am sure they would have fixed it.

Clean, free parking, comfy (but compact) rooms. Beds very comfortable especially coming from skiing accommodation. Short/easy drive to the airport. Really nice breakfast. Fantastic value for money. All staff very friendly too.

In a very quiet location, very clean, beds were comfortable,breakfast was very good, staff were friendly and helpful and plenty of parking.

Room was a little warm and air con would only blow out warm air. The hotel is quite a way from trams and trains so not ideal if you to get into Lyon city.

As there was a bank holiday during my stay therefore the bar and resteraunt were clossed. I would have expected a microwave meal would be available for people staying in hotel...but nothing to eat, not so good.
