Breakfast was excellent Night meals purchased at the restaurant were also good value and enjoyable And everyone was happy in the bar each night for a pre dinner drink So I imagine this place suited most of the guests - who were mostly travelling for work also

Our room had a lot of south west facing windows, and the AC could not cope during the heatwave which on the plus side was making outdoor dining a delight everywhere at this time. This lack of cooling power was not helped by the "eco" programming of the AC which controlled run and stop times. In normal weather that probably would not be a problem and in winter the warmth coming into the room from the afternoon sun would also be a blessing - It was just that it was an exceptionally hot period during our stay. Our friend's room with different windows didnt have this problem. Overall still an excellent place.

My room was away from the highway so it was veyr quiet. I liked so many things in the hotel. It has good location if you make a stopover in Lyon on your way to somewhere because it is right of the belt highway. However it is not well connected to the center of Lyon. I found a good solution: I drove to the shopping mall "Carré de soie", parked there and took a ride by metro Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie or by a tram. A ticket for 4 euro allows you to travel all day by any public transport, including funiculares from the Old Town. I had a great day.

The entrance to the underground parking is bent and not easy to navigate by a large SUV. But there is enough space on the ground parking.

The hotel was as I expected. The staff was ready to meet my requests: for example I was late for lunch arriving after the closing time of the restaurant but they still served me.

Small details from best: - the hotel has a very good fitness centre only pity that the only treadmill was not working and remained so for the three days of my stay. - on arrival I found a small bottle of water at my disposal. However for the remaining two days of my stay I was no longer given it. So if you stay one night, you get a bottle, if you stay two nights or more, you get a bottle... I don't think that is a nice policy.

Breakfast nice and especially the Dinner Restaurent I would like to mention as good with light nice food/menu - very seldom to find aa restaurant which do not service French Frites with the meal. Thanks for that and for the nice and kind service.

Rooms are lacking decoration and cosy lights. It's too 'cold' and industrial to my taste . Rooms facing the highway too noisy, surprised by the lack of insulation . Had to change room facing the other side of building for my remaining stay.

Although 5 years old the hotel has a new appearance. The supper was great well presented and tasty. The room came with coffee but there was no fridge to keep cold drinks in. Anew section is being built which will include a pool and other amenities.

Further from airport that we expected. The 17 euro charge for the shuttle was expensive. Not an issue for us but is the hotel is isolated in a commercial part of the town.

We liked big windows on two whole walls. Breakfast was very good. Ability to change the temperature in a room is a plus!

There was no fridge, but I don’t remember if it should have been. The grocery vending machine in the hallway on a 1 floor didn’t work, we put 3 euros and it just changed 50 cents. And for the second try it didn’t give back 80 cents.

The rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean and functional. The breakfast was a nice surprise, a bit above in quality and variety of what I was expecting. Recommended.

The water pressure on the shower could be a bit better.

From the moment we arrived, the person at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcome and was extremely helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious, and we were very impressed. The breakfast lady was truly amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

The property was very clean, secure, easy to get to. The staff were very nice. The bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant was closed on the weekend. I chose this hotel because it stated there was a restaurant. In the morning, I could hear the man next to our room puking.

The location. Easy access to the motorway. Plenty of parking space. Good size and really comfortable bed. Quiet. Adequate breakfast with plenty of choice. Many sport channels available on TV.

Water didn't work properly. First, you have hot and cold water but after few seconds there's only very hot or warm water, not cold anymore. Only two towels (small and big) for two people. The flat TV screen was a bit too small.
