Beautiful gite that was part of an old enclosed estate. Private and quiet location in the countryside with plenty of wildlife to enjoy. Nearest towns Bize-Minervois and Ginestas (10 mins away) had good restaurants and bars

A lovely comfortable place to stay, the rooms were large, cool, and comfortable, the bathroom excellent. A good continental breakfast is available, as is a cooked breakfast. There is a good pool, however we didn’t use this due to the exceptional heat, and also the wasps,as a result! Very well situated in the centre of this beautiful region, and with the coast only a short drive away too.

Fabulous location, away from main roads, very peaceful. When we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded to a larger room with the bonus of having a small self catering kitchen which proved to be useful. Breakfast was superb, very fresh croissants and bread plus cheese, ham etc and very good coffee.

We stayed in the familly room, which was truly charming. Breakfast was served in the courtyard, and was a truly great experience! Great food, and pleasant staff. We actually only stayed one night, but it would have been great to stay here longer to enjoy the garden, the pool and the suroundings for a longer period of time. This is a great base for exploring e.g. neighbouring Cathar villages, the wine district, and le Canal du Midi. I see other comments here in some cases are critical of the service of the staff. In our opinion, the host was very pleasant, and made us feel very welcome at their estate. We would gladely stay here again, the familly room was excellent value for money.

Everything was perfect in the apartment. A beautiful place with an amazing pool. Everything so clean. Patrick & Jean Louis we're the perfect hosts. Definitely recommend. We will holiday here again.

It is a lovely place, outside a small town in France. The chateau is lovely and the owners are charming. We loved sitting outside for a wonderful breakfast. It was oh so relaxing.
