Location was great for us Travelling through, with a bar / restaurant a few minutes walk away. Beautiful grand Château and the room was very comfortable . Only suggestion would be for tea / coffee facilities to be available in the room. The proprietor was very welcoming to us and our dogs (who love the tranquility of the château and the lawned gardens) unfortunately the weather changed for the first so we didnt get to use the pool. Would definitely stay again if we travelled that way.

Breakfast could have had some eggs/ ham/ cheese instead of just continental bread/ croissant/ fruit

A wonderful place to stay, atmospheric rooms and common areas. Amazing gardens and swimming pool. Good air conditioning. Mr Patrice was a very friendly host. He offered us extra food and drinks if we wished. Total relaxation in a beautiful setting They even held a bric a brac and antiques bazaar at the frond garden Sunday morning. Amazing grounds and chateau Valerie was very friendly and helpful Great pit stop motorbike trip (Valerie will allow you too park in the garage. No restutant , but you can get pizza from the local shop and drink and eat in the gardens

This is the perfect stay for anyone looking to disconnect from busy cities and hectic schedules. From the moment you enter the property, you are transported to a different era with mesmerizing architecture and the nature surrounding it. The sound of the fountains is so relaxing, the interior leaves you breathless, and the kindness of the manager makes you feel like royalty. We've been there with our dog and he approves this message:) Merci!

Everything was perfect :)

Waauw, how nice the castle, how nice our stay! Perfect for passing through France on our way back from holidays! No fridge in the room, but we could use a huge fridge in the kitchen. Breakfast had only simple coffee, but it was served in a wonderful coffee pot.

You have to take a car to go to any restaurant in the evening. We like to drink a glass of wine and stayed in the town. very nice little town, but the restaurants in walking distance are not up to par with the luxury of the hotel.

The gardens are beautiful and the children enjoyed the pool. The rooms were large and comfortable. It was very quiet and relaxing. Our host welcomed us warmly.

The breakfast was very basic ( 1 croissant each and some bread) with jam/nutella jars on the table and a bottle of orange juice. For the price we would have expected homemade or local jams, yogurts, maybe some cheese and ham….

This is a fascinating property and very grand with quite spectacular if a little kitsch. Our room gave the air of faded glory but the bed was comfy

Breakfast was a bit meagre

I loved everything: the chateau, my room, the bathroom and the exceptional garden.

I cannot imagine not loving everything.

This place is fabulous. It’s like staying in a museum. Really a special experience.

I would like to have stayed longer but that will have to happen next time
