The owners are such sweet people! We had a wonderfull stay, the location is perfect and what a beautiful house! Breakfast was THE Best, but also our host helped us out with our (second of the day) flat tire (*were cycling along the Canal du Midi). Irene and Roger are wonderful hosts. They are extremely courteous and helpful in every way. Their little home is an oasis of peace and comfort. You immediately feel very comfortable and well looked after here. Thank you, Irene and Robert.

Le Voyageur is a small, welcoming lodging, run by a couple passionate about their “Chambre d’Hote.” It is close to Homps, a town along the Canal du Midi. A good option for bicyclists interested in staying in this area. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The building is beautiful, an old postal stop in the days of coaches. The bicycle-friendly hosts serve a nice breakfast.

The “buffet” part of the breakfast was quite nice, but could have been supplemented by a piece or two of cheese, and perhaps a piece of fruit.

Roger and Irene are fabulous hosts and this property was definitely the highlight of our French cycle trip. The building itself is beautifully restored and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with lots of choices. The après dinner drink was welcome, as was the lovely conversation with these two delightful and enthusiastic Norwegians. A real gem.

We were very happy not to have a TV in the room, but that may not suit everyone.

I loved the breakfast- Roger and Irene make the best Muesli with fruit and yoghurt, you must, must try !

Unfortunately our room was one of the few that did not have a/c and it was an unbearably hot night which made for a not so good sleep.

Irena and Roger were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to find for us a restaurant for dinner (not easy on the eve of the Bastille Day). Absolutely delightful hosts! The room was extremely clean, spacious and peaceful with air conditioning. Very good breakfast : we sampled some Norwegian dishes as they are both Norwegian. Delicious! The location was perfect for us as we are cycling down the Canal.

Great hosts providing excellent service. Very helpful providing information on the local area and wider. Breakfast was fantastic with world renowned a La carte options. Pity we could only stay 2 nights.

This is an attractive, well-maintained B&B in a historic building. The owners, Irene and Roger, speak Norwegian, English & French—and maybe other languages, I didn’t ask! They are thoughtful hosts & genuinely lovely people. I stayed for 6 nights, and would happily stay there again.

Honestly, nothing. I was very happy with my stay.

Irene and Roger were fantastic and charming hosts - so very friendly and helpful. Their chambre d’hote is in a beautiful house with courtyard garden where breakfast is served. The breakfast was delicious - we chose their famous muesli! We very much hope to visit again.

We loved everything. It was very hot when we visited - our only suggestion would be to update the aircon.
