Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The property is beautiful, and the staff welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness, always ready to meet our requests. Our 3-month-old puppy was also very well received, which we truly appreciated.

The only small issue, which may have concerned only our room, was that the hot water in the shower didn’t flow as it should, even though it was available from the sink and the hand shower.

Room was very comfortable with terrace adjoining the lovely pool. Parking was excellent and it was only 10 minutes walk to centre of the town

Didn’t think the receptionist’s were very helpful when I asked them about information on the nearby Lavender Fields which was the reason for my visit and they couldn’t help me. Also the menu was not to my liking and the food we had for dinner was very poor

Modern hotel with free underground parking, good WiFi and spacious shower. Very kind and friendly staff. Cozy and clean room. 2 minutes to walk to casino and a few restaurants

Not enough sunbeds, a few sunbeds occupied by towels, not many people in the swimming pool, but for some reason towels were sunbathing, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy swimming pool area and sunbathe. Could add more sunbeds, there is space for them , or change the rules about leaving towels on beds if not using.

The room is quite big with modern decorations. The pool is great and open until 11:00pm which is good. Staffs are very nice.

I got problem during my whole stay with the wifi, because internet connection is sometimes dead or very slow even the wifi signal is very strong. But the staff at the receipt seems not well understanding what I am talking about. And it could be a mistake that housekeeper put hand washer as shampoo in the bath booth. and no cotton sticks, the shower has very water pressure, the basin is beautifully designed but not practical to use at all.

Fantastic location next to Greoux, literally few mins away from the centre ville. A very warm welcome from the loveliest of receptionists Venide, who could not have been more helpful if she tried - what a gem you have there Villa Castellane. We loved the secure underground parking, lift straight to the first floor so we could take stuff up without any hassle - the hotel is very modern as are the rooms which takes a little adjusting to if modern is not your thing,but it was so spacious and luxurious. I am surprised the hotel does not have 5 stars.

The confort of the apartment and the tidiness. Excellent! The pool is amazing too !

The only negative side are : The breakfast not good qualify with limited offer and not fresh products. Cannes fruits salades and not vegetables and the operation hours are too tight when you are on vacation 10 am is too early and they clean everything at 10 sharp so no chance to grab anything. The pool sunbeds are kept busy by people who aren’t in the pool so not enough sunbeds and half of them empty but you can’t usée them cause people put their towels and go for hours onwards. The policy should be stricter on this. The check out if you stay after 11am they will charge you late check out I think it is a bit stiff to be so strict.

Villa Castellane was a perfect location for us to visit the Gorges du Verdon. We had the apartment with a pool view which was fantastic. We loved having the kitchen where we could cook our meals and enjoyed the direct access to the pool. The front desk was also very helpful and friendly and gave us great recommendations. We would not have found out about the Pearl of Verdon (there's a rental there that offers pedal boats with slides! Best way to visit the Gorges if you ask me) without their help. The villa was also very near the village center which has awesome bakeries. 10/10 would love to come back again.

Perfect property, the entrance villa which is the reception, bar and restaurant is a beautiful white villa. The main body of the hotel is more modern, not to everyone’s taste but we loved it. The decor was very luxurious and the added bonus of having a spacious apartment instead of a hotel room. I would definitely recommend a room with a pool view. The apartment was very spacious and furnishings of good quality. The car park has plenty of spaces at the front of the hotel and an underground car park. Very dog friendly. Positioned literally next to the restaurants and bars of Greoux Les Bains. Also a perfect location to head of to Gorge De Verdon for the day. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

Loved it, nothing to dislike so extended our stay.

- The hotel is brand new, very stylish and luxurious. - The room, shower and bed were huge and very comfortable. - The room was very clean and lovingly prepared every morning. - The bar and restaurant are very good. There was even relaxed, chilled out live music. - The pool looks cool, but unfortunately it was still a bit too cold to use it. - For the luxury you get there, the price was VERY reasonable. - We liked it so much that we didn't stay 1 night as planned, but extended to 3 nights.

- Only 1 member of staff (we met) could speak English, but fluently. The rest of the staff could speak little or no English. Nevertheless, one can expect from such a stylish upper class hotel that most of the staff can speak English.

Location is good and we really liked the swimming pool. On-site restaurant was pricey, but the live music that was played the night we stayed really worth the extra cost (food was OK) The village was big enough to host a nice market on Thursday morning (maybe on other mornings as well). There are cafe's and bakeries within walking distance

We were surprised by the size of the unit. A huge living room, in addition to the bedroom. Felt like a vacation home, not like a hotel. The huge windows outlooked the neighboring houses Kitchen was poorly equipped for a vacation home. There was no coffee pods for the coffee machine (we had to request it a few times before we received a few)
