Clean and well organized though the rooms are very cozy. More than two suitcases in a room feels cramped very quickly. Staff was super helpful and made sure we got drinks for the kids even though it was late when we arrived.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was decent size and was very clear. Very nice touch is the free water dispenser. Just right next to the highway. The pool, even small, was an excellent addition that my kid enjoyed.

Although there was charging stations at the parking, they were not working (or at least the AC charger). There are three restaurants near the hotel, but literally nothing else, hence you need to drive to the village for everything else.

Hotel is very easily approachable near the highway and driving distance away from valensole. Though it is outskirts of the town, there are few restaurents nearby walking distance.

Though breakfast is ok, it could have better with more varieties. Probably late check out should be provided or accommodated based on bookings

It is well located if you want to make pictures near lavande fields. Be careful, we came 18th of July and everything was cut except a tiny part (Terraroma). The room was spacious, sheets were clean. The centre of the city is 10 min away by car but it is very far to walk on foot. The staff was very friendly. The swimming pool was clean and lovely.

AC was broken. It made sound, blew air, but it wasn't fresh at all (even when we put it at 5°C!). We had to open the window, so it was noisy. The weird thing is cold water. You need to wait quite some time for it to become "kinda" fresh. There are only 2 outlets, away from the bed

The receptionist vey unpolite and arrogant,but we should be used to this by now.This is how many french people treat people from ROMANIA....but this is what they learn from UE ,that we romanian are second class citizens.

convenient location (close to lavender field village), good seafood restaurant near by, reasonable breakfast, quieter than expected noise from highway, very friendly staff

small space, access limitation (one way to come in and out - I think it’s typical French road system)

Room clean and spacious for our family. Great buffet breakfast. Added extra to have a small pool for our son to enjoy. Great location for visiting the nearby lavender fields and l'Occitane factory.

Breakfast could be much better, there in only bread, 2 types of salami, 2 type of cheese and coffee. No any hot meals or even yogurts

Breakfast was good. Water dispenser available for guests in reception.

Would have liked a kettle in the room. Did not cater for gluten free during breakfast.

No toilet paper present at bathroom and the lack of a shower cabin... the shower is in the middle of the bathroom.
