Fantastic location right in the centre of Manosque. We had a good reception, with clear explanation, in French but we understood despite our basic French proficiency as the patron was very patient with us and told us about what to see and parking options. We parked in the municipal parking in the square outside the hotel, it was free overnight if we provided the token we were given at the hotel. We have a cabriolet but it was very safe as the police station is next to the hotel! We had a large room with sofa at the top of the building and with large windows looking out over the square. It is an old building so don't expect modern facilities but it was very good for us, with air conditioning and a ceiling fan over the bed. We had a comfortable night even though it was a very hot day (38°C) . We didn't take breakfast but it looked good if you require that. Manosque itself is beautiful and on an August evening not overwhelmed with visitors making for a calm stay. Un bon sejour.

There was nothing we didn't like but a few things to note. There are stairs and no lift if that would be an issue for you. As is standard in hotels of this type, no tea/coffee making facilities. Could be hard to find. A tip is to follow the Parking Du Terreau sign to find the hotel, we drove past twice before we worked that out!

Very central. Lovely little town. Lots of little shops and restaurants around . We enjoyed a meal at Cercle almost next door. Staff were helpful and friendly and they helped us with carrying our luggage to and from our room on the second floor. Our beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic.

Hôtel was great. But transport out of town needs to be arranged privately. Bus es were reliable. But bus stops intermittent out of town area.

its a very basic but well maintained hotel with clean rooms although the plumbing is a little aged! The proprietors/manager team are utterly wonderful and so helpful with excellent English if French is not your thing! Parking is right opposite in the town square.

Location is just the center of Manosque. Very combinient. Very combinient. The mwner is very friendly. The room is very charming with covering the color of Lavande.

There is no eleveter. This is not bad point. but traveller having many baggeges needs care.

Room was large and had everything we needed. I Nice location, central to many of the sights in Provence.

Parking is in a paid parking lot next to the hotel. Would be good to make that clear in the booking details.

Good location. Well proportioned rooms. Clean. Quiet. Plenty of restaurants and bars. The owners were very helpful with advice about places to visit and suggestion for local restaurants.

Noisy plumbing - old system, no doubt! Very poor WiFi on my last night. Good up until that. Might there have been some kind of 'cap' on usage? If so, there should be a warning to guests!

I used to live in Manosque as a child. I very much enjoy returning to this small town where life is slower than in large town. I enjoy going to Mass at Saint Sauver and sit at a cafe to see people passing by. I also enjoy visiting friends. Thank you for making books available. I enjoyed the quiet library.

Very nice hotel. Centrally located and easy to reach. It's near the town center: everything is within walking distance, but it's also a little out of the way, so rather quiet at night. Friendly welcome. Owners eager to provide useful travel tips. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The lack of an elevator might pose a challenge to some travellers.
