We were given a very warm welcome by the lovely Karina on Reception. Everything was ready for us and Karina explained everything we needed to know. Every staff member we encountered was extremely warm and welcoming, including the cleaner we bumped into on the way to our room. The family room was perfect for a family of 5 and the view was amazing (room 306). The bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in and everything was perfectly clean. We will definitely return again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The view and the employees at the hotel were amazing. it felt like they could cater to our every need and deserve a lot of praise! The rooms are a bit outdated and worn and could use an update and some paint, but the blinders, AC and bathroom were absolutely in working condition so no complaints! We rented bikes and got a secure parking just for bicycles which was a huge bonus!
A little outdated and worn. There were some places where the paint was chipping off and some markings on the wall etc. But you don’t go to Gruissan to stay inside at the hotel so it was no big deal.

Room cleaning was not the best. There should be more bed sheets for chilly nights in summer. A simple hygiene kit in the bathroom would be great.

Fantastic location. Good car park. Lovely receptionist who could not have been better. Excellent room with great bathroom. All staff were perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Friendly, efficient staff. Clean and comfortable in excellent location on the port within easy walking access of local restaurants and bars. Good value for money ey for 3 star hotel. Convenient private parking.

our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and we spent 20 mins mopping the floor as it was to late at night for anything be done about it.
