The car park was large and had more than enough spaces for the size of the hotel. The young man who welcomed us at reception was warm, engaging and so very helpful. The room was a great size and very clean. We had two large breed dogs with us but felt there was easily enough room for us all. We ordered the pizza and have to say it was amongst the best we have tasted!! The breakfast was easily the best we have experienced in an Ibis, especially the coffee which was amazing. The young woman who looked after us was lovely and so polite and helpful!!!

The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that a number of residents congregated close to reception to smoke. This is a common occurrence in hotels and I think they should be asked to smoke in a area which is distanced from the main door!!

The guy on reception went above and beyond for us, he's a credit to you, sorry didn't get his name, room was very basic but very clean and we had a very good sleep as did our dogs

As us brits love a cup of tea we were sad we didn't have a kettle in our room but it was explained to us that 2 star doesn't include a kettle also wished the air con could have worked better but it didn't stop us from sleeping

Good budget hotel: quiet, clean, with a comfortable bed and free parking — everything you need for a pleasant stay. The absence of a toilet brush was surprising. A second chair under the desk would be more convenient. A hairdryer and kettle would also be welcome additions to improve overall comfort.

Very clean Receptionist, female, was excellent finding a place to eat, reserving a table and ensuring they were showing European football Championships! Above and beyond.

Dining room not very comfortable. Hard plastic stools to sit on. Was able to use 2 pillow as I was alone. But poor quality. Location very industrial

One of the best budget Ibis hotels we’ve stayed at. Staff are superb and the breakfast was second to none. Perfect. Large room and shower/ toilet area. Reorganised our itinerary to visit on the way back too. Very good restaurant within east walking distance too.

Aircon was just about working. Location was easy to find but needed to take a quick odd turning to find it.

Excellent receptionist, super friendly staff, a very homely feel to it, almost like a sleepover. Loved seeing fellow road trippers and honestly found the room to be super clean and comfortable. I recommend.

Very clean and comfortable, with good-sized rooms. The location is brilliant for travelling as it is located near the motorway. Everything was perfect and plenty of car parking spaces.
