Proximity to motorway. Lots of outdoor parking with security cameras. Late check-in available and 24H reception. Great restaurant within walking distance. Clean, good-sized bedroom and excellent shower! Good breakfast: fresh, very tasty local products and fresh warm bakery items. Friendly, available, competent staff.

I don't like coffee from automatic machines but most hotels have this anyway! Bathroom door (room 34), needs oil on the hinges as it squeaks and disturbs other guest. I didn't understand how the radiator works in the bathroom!

Clean, comfortable, good wifi. Parking right next to the hotel. Some restaurants a short drive away. Excellent breakfast. Good shower, heating worked well, but short delay when pressed button. Quiet. Room & bathroom were recently decorated and felt modern and tasteful.

Some minor points. If you come home later than 9pm you have to phone reception to be let in. No decaff coffee. A bit of a long process to connect to wifi, and had to repeat it after a while. Corridors a bit dated and cold.

The room was quite nice, with a door to a garden very comfortable. Also the common places of the hotel are very pretty and nice, good place to have a talk and a drink. Also everything was clean.

It is far from the center of Narbona, is a hotel to stay if you are traveling the next day, but not ideal for tourism within the city.

Very good connection to the main road, but still very quite. The room was spacious enough for 3 persons. Fresh refurbished, good linen and comfortable matrass.

The parking was big enough, but not fensted, so, anyone could come in. Only french tv channels. No possibility to change to the original language.

Clean, practical, comfy, friendly staff and very convenient for a mid journey sleep pause. Walls a bit thin but not a big thing. Good value for money. If you’re looking for a night rest close to the highway I’d definitely recommend it.

Friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast buffet is a great value. We usually skip hotel breakfast, but based on other reviews we opted in and were very happy with the offerings.

Well situated, close to all roads, we walked to get food as there are some restaurants around. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was our highlight due to top quality local and regional food. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to.

There room was clean, but i specifically asked for that knowing that in France is rare to find a tidy and clean place.

I was traveling with my cat and they told me only when arrived that i should pay an extra of 6 euro for the cat. There was no specification about this extra charge when i booked. I book it because was pet friendly and i was expecting no extra charge, obviously.

The rooms were really good, in good shape. Very clean. The stuff was really friendly. The breakfast was magnificent!

It is a bit far from the center of the city. The door springs are too tight. It’s difficult to hold the door. 😀
