Very Beautiful property !! Such a treasure and legacy. We can clearly see that the place is being very well taken care of by Frank and Colette. From the entrance of cypress trees to the alley full of flowers 🌺 leading towards hotel. They are a very nice and kind couple. Especially Frank took the time to explain us the story of this place. Also gave us very useful recommendation for things to do and restaurants to go around Hyeres and the islands nearby. The room was super clean we could smell it right away when we entered. The piscine was such a nice spot and a plus for this hotel! We both loved it so much here and strongly recommend to those who want your perfect summer vacay in south of France! This is the place to go! You won’t regret it.

France and Collette are the perfect hosts! So helpful, kind and attentive. The old house is beautiful with lovely gardens, full.of flowers and has a great history. Nothing is too much trouble - Franck recommended several excellent restaurants, and during Bastille weekend, he also kindly booked us a table, which would have been impossible without him! The house is beautifully clean. The bread at breakfast is the best we've ever eaten anywhere in France..it was devine!!! We had booked the Fleurs room on the 2nd floor with the bathroom on the landing separately from the bedroom, and this was not a problem for us. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and secure car parking too. Merci beaucoup!!!!

Nothing! Not a negative for us, but to be helpful, you do need a car at this property as it's about 4 miles from the port of Hyeres and the great restaurants by the sea.

Just everything!!! Frank - the owner was simply the best!!!! He cared about us like a million dollar deal 😊 Apart from that you would love the pool, garden, apartment…. The property is located in a charming villas area and not far from the city centre. If you consider booking it do not hesitate. We spent a lovely week in July 2025 having lots of bicycle trips. This place was great to visit Saint Tropez, Toulon and even a short trip to the lavender heaven. Franc. Thank you once more! Take care Man! Daniel

Beautiful oasis. This several hundred year chateau has been occupied for the same family for several generations (six, I believe!). There are a couple annexes as well as a separate building with two cottages - I stayed in one of the cottages. The WiFi does not reach the cottages but I knew that before I booked and planned accordingly. The breakfast room is open and has WiFi. The walled and gated property is surrounded by a residential area of low rise nicely maintained apartments and is steps from a bus stop and a short walk into town. If arriving without a car, it is best to take the train to Toulon and then take the 29 bus. When leaving take the 29 bus continuing on the same route to the Hyeres train station. I walked into the center of Hyeres 2x per day during my stay. While most guests seem to come by car, one can easily enjoy a stay without a car. On my last day, the owner had some free time and offered to drive me to the train station. The owners are very friendly and welcome everyone as if they were long lost family members. The pool is kept at a nice temperature and the area around the pool is relaxing. There are several shaded seating areas on the property. The cottage is nicely appointed and hair/body wash is provided. There is a washing machine and a drying rack. A typical French breakfast is on offer.

I liked everything about this property.

Welcoming host - Frank helped us get in after hours, and the grounds was beautiful and serene. Lovely pool, garden area and plentiful parking. It's about five minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from nearby beaches.

Our room has an external bathroom, which is fine but just good to be aware of. The breakfast is also outrageously expensive for its simplicity and the price is not well-enough advertised.

We like the whole place. It is very homy and the owners gave us a warm welcome and treated us like their own visitor. They were very accommodating with our needs. And Mr. Franck was so kind to give us recommendation within the area, which route to take for scenic views, which restaurant to eat in St. Tropez, etc. The room is neat and clean and if ever we come back one day in French Riviera, we would love to stay in their property again. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfectly located. It’s such a nice property and in particular Franck and Colette are the best hosts possible. Had some nice recommendations for the evening and even booked restaurants for us. The flower garden of Colette is magical and Franck truly understands what it means to make people feel welcome. Thank you to the take away Croissant. Definitely to recommend

We loved the amazing location and the historic property we stayed in, and the secluded swimming pool was a bonus and always immaculately clean. Our host Franck was extremely generous with his time and advice and welcomed us warmly (with juice and croissants !), despite the late hour when we arrived, and also shared the interesting history of the property and local area with us. As a family of four with two teenagers, the accommodation was perfectly suitable and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped - we loved having our own private terrace to sit in, taking in the sun.

The accommodation more than met our expectations. There is nothing we can say we didn't like.
