+ nice room + great bathroom

- the staff did not speak English so during check in they did not tell us that we would have to make a booking if we wanted to have breakfast the next day. So when the morning arrived and we were ready to eat, we could not get any breakfast at the hotel. It was an embarrassing situation. We were poorly informed. Also for example the check-out was confusing. There were a lot of misunderstandings during our stay because of the language barrier. But at least the staff tried to be kind regardless.

Very clean and comfy rooms. The shampoo is actually really good. I woumd go there again.

Maybe a little bit loud when people outside the rooms walk by and if you want to get light from the windows everybody can see in your room when they walk by.

Great location near to a main road and also walking distance to restaurants and the centre of Hyeres. Reception spoke good English. Plenty of parking. The room was a good size with a comfy bed and hot shower. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Nothing,I would definitely return.

I perfect for a fast stop to go and take the ferry for some the island! And then go to Toulon to take back the train to Paris :)

Efficiently used space. Had all the necessities and amenities. Facilitated self check in

Easy check-in - no check-in in fact as we arrived at 20:00 so we received access codes. Clean. Bed was comfortable.

No fridge.

Very friendly staff & manager. Clean rooms, close to city center and beaches. Perfect for summer holidays.

The person at the reception was very comprehensive and helpful ! very good location also !!
