Breakfast was fine, & on time. There is no sign off the main road to tell visitors of its location, so if you don't have Google Maps, you're out of luck finding it. But with Google Maps, it was easy. The owner/staff was SUPER friendly & helpful; great guy.

There is nothing wrong with this bastide. BUT, booking.com is a pain in the ass. They send out beaucoup msgs, but getting the payment details correct is like herding cats. I tried to pay--thought I was paying--for two rooms/two people when I booked, but when I got to the bastide, only one room was paid for, and it was not possible to pay at the bastide for the 2nd room. When you--booking.com--ask for the details of a credit card, and they are inserted into the reservation, take the money, inform the owner the room(s) is/are paid for, & be done with it. If there is a cancellation, refund 100% of the fees, & be done with it. If I never have to use booking.com again, it will be too soon. Horrible site!!!

The house is charming with the rooms equipped with vintage furniture. We had a feeling the time stopped there. Everything was clean and nice. Nicolas was a great host. Every morning we were served French style breakfest in wonderful backround of nature. Moreover he was really helpfull, advicing us the places to visit we would never go.. So we had a really wonderful time.

The accommodation, which is on the way from Grasse to the Gorges du Verdon, is very idyllic and quiet. The room in the traditional country house is very cozily furnished. There are nice pillows, warm blankets and soft towels; everything is very clean and tidy. Breakfast includes homemade jam. Nicolas speaks several languages very well; he is happy to give information about sights and suggests tours.

Landscape and views, walks nearby as directed by Nicolas. Many old villages to visit. Went to a local Soupe au Pistou village fete with other B& B lodgers and really enjoyed it. Nicolas shared his knowledge of the area and provided anything to help make a good stay. Lovely horses and goats too. Beautiful old house.

Breakfast was too simple, pillows uncomfortable and shower gel and shampoo.

Very nice and helpful host, gave very practical suggestions for our trip. Homemade jam is very delicious. Facilities are old but clean.
