The room was clean and had everything we needed, the bathroom was large and we had a good sized balcony. The kitchen area had all we needed to prepare a simple meal with ingredients from the local supermarket about 15 mins walk away. The bed was comfortable. The location was quiet.

I knew the rooms didn't have air con but having been in June we would prefer the option of air con. We would not go in July or August as would be too warm and couldn't open window as there are mosquitos around. I would have liked to have a clothes airer to hang swimming costumes and towels outside. The pool is smaller then we had thought.

would be nice if some basics like bottle of water and a little fruit are left in room as courtesy on arrival would be good to have more breakfast item choices- the cereal dispenser was not working - please check regularly no information booklet in guest rooms- useful numbers like taxi/ restaurants nearby/ breakfast menu and timings

we had a nice, spacious room with a kitchenette, on site parking, comfortable beds, very clean

they charge you €8 per day for parking - we were told we could park in the street for free but parking spots were limited and I thought it wasn’t not fair to the residents to take up “their” spaces, especially when the hotel has plenty of parking. if the hotel needs to make more money, they should include it in the price for the room, this is really lame.

Great location in La Baule, good secure parking. Not too far to walk to the beach, town centre, etc. Rooms were very clean and had what was needed to cook: hob, fridge, washing up sink and microwave. Good self-service breakfast buffet. As we stayed less than 7 nights, there was no daily servicing of the room, but this suited us fine. Pool small, but we still enjoyed a little swim!

Would have been good to have air conditioning in the rooms, but patio doors allowed ample air to flow into the room.

The appartments were well equipped and had a good size and a balcony. The breakfast was no highlight but ok. There was enough parking space for the car.

Our rooms showed to the swamps. So there were mosquitos in the night. There were no Mosquito nets for the door to the balcony

Very clean room, with spacious bathroom and balcony, and well-equipped kitchenette. Lovely little swimming pool. Our room was on the front of the hotel which was very quiet. Staff was welcoming and polite.

No airco, but that's rather normal in hotels in this area. It's true that the temperatures were exceptionally high during our short stay.

We always stay here when we visit La Baule Escoublac. Which we do regularly. It’s very close to family for us so the location is perfect. It’s also close to the beach. In a safe and quiet area. The apartments are always spotlessly clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

The whole experience was fantastic. Beautiful place and great location ,close to the beach.Big thanks to Eva ,she recommended places to visit and also helped to rent a bicycle in local place. Breakfast was delicious and rooms was v clean. Highly recommend 👍

I think basic things like tea and coffee are supposed to be in the room.

Attractive building set in nice gardens and ample easy parking.Spacious room with good balcony and a distant view thro’ trees. Kitchenette, coffee machine and all the basics. Decent bathroom with shower and heated towel rail. Easy walk to the beach and town centre.

Paid parking. No hairdryer.

Everything was amazing: location, private pool, cleanliness, facilities, staff. We had a really nice time there and will return with first occasion! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
