Information - hardcopy in the room would have been useful rather than being reliant on the internet/hotel website to find information. Lack of tea/coffee making facilites, fridge with simple selection of refreshments and the facility for storing medication in the room. Clear system for ordering drinks and where to sit. First evening had to approach bar staff at the bar to order pre dinner drinks. These were served to us outside and then places for dinner were laid around us which felt awkward. We are english and speak french, maybe certain staff's ability and confidence in speaking english was a slight barrier.

Traditional hotel refurbished in a very modern style, well-appointed room of moderate size overlooking a verdant garden, great food and very helpful, friendly but respectful staff. Excellent location.

Some guests were very noisy, eg scraping metal furniture across timber balconies and slamming doors; delegates using the conference facilities not very respectful of tranquility residential guests were seeking.

Great location, hotel was lovely and decor gorgeous. The food was exceptional. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The rooms were small for 2 adults and 2 dogs, a bit snug and hot, and on the second floor. I should have requested a ground floor.

Fantastic property with a beautiful garden and stunning interiors

It would be really helpful to have a mini fridge in the room - especially the family room where keeping a few things like milk and fruit would be very handy for small children!

Perfectly situated near the beach and also restaurants and the market. They had bikes available to rent and were always very attentive. The actual property is very well maintained, pristine and the bedrooms very comfortable.

A charming hotel in a quiet location near the marketplace, restaurants, shops, and beach. The staff also speaks some English. The breakfast buffet was a positive surprise and the gluten-free bread was available upon order. The restaurant is worth trying.

Beautiful property with lovely garden, location is unbeatable near the market, beach and center. Excellent Restaurant / Breakfast, very well appointed rooms, service was wonderful (from our arrival to our departure)

A lovely quiet yet central location. Very good breakfast and superb dinner at the restaurant. Everything comfortable and service generally good.

The size of the bedroom was a bit tight. No mirror in the main room only in the bathroom. The lovely shower was spoiled to a degree by the slipperiness underfoot.

It feels like a little welcoming nest in the middle of La Baule. Very nice decoration and great breakfast. Very well located.

Hard to find a fault. Room was very comfortable, food was delicious , staff were great. Very close to the beach and car parking too!

My only fault was that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
