The staff couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are in a row to the rear of the excellent restaurant and were very clean and comfortable. A grassy area with flowers and seats provided a shady seating area. Perfect for an overnight stay. There was an excellent choice of local, freshly prepared meals in the restaurant and a great wine list. Breakfast was great too. I would highly recommend Auberge Saint Jean.

That it had a great resto on site!!

That there was no one to do the check in until 18h30 on a cold winters night. No lights on, no one home. Very disconcerting but the stay and food made up for this issue. I recommend a simple note on the door or else a email on booking letting the person who reserved know!

The location was good en route for the tunnel. Grounds and surrounding countryside picturesque. The hotel was a little quirky but clean and attractive. Dinner was good.

Rooms small and the beds not quite as comfortable but that would not stop us staying again as it was very good overall.

Lovely location surrounded by countryside. Staff went out of their way to help, even giving me a lift into town when my bike broke!

Rural location, useful stop over point. Food at dinner and breakfast was great.

No staff available when we arrived and another guest had to help us find our room but at least we got access straight away.

A very freindly and welcoming Auberge. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was excellent offering a wide choice of dishes. Generally, an excellent place to stay. We will definetly stay again next year, when we are in the area again.

A warm welcome at this auberge out in the countryside, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Good breakfast. Safe parking.

it's a small countryside hotel with a heart. A real "auberge" with a restaurant and just a few rooms. Instead of a buffet an excellent breakfast served at your table. Small rooms but everything is well kept.

poor quality of soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

the staff were really helpful and friendly. the dining room was very modern and nicely decorated.

the bedroom and bathroom was comfortable, clean and warm but could do with a bit of an update.

The location and welcome was very good and the restaurant was exceptional in an area where it is hard to find good accomodation.

There was noyone actually at the propety when we arrived (at about 17.00),so we had to telephone the owner, who told us what to do to get into our room very good. But if we hadn't a portable?
