Friendly reception staff, free parking, decent breakfast, luggage storage, clean, all the things you'd expect

The tuna steak i ordered at dinner was WAY overcooked and tasted worse than canned tuna, worth googling how to cook it. The starter/dessert weren't great either. My booking was a triple room and I only got a standard double - didn't really matter though.

It was clean and the staff were excellent. Especially the young male receptionist who went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I had with my car.

I had booked for convenience as was going straight from a 13 hour ferry trip from Sardinia. The restaurant ( advertised 24/7) was closed and NO FOOD was available. Not even a sandwich. Went to bed hungry!

Third time there, good business hotel conveniently located to my clients.Reasonably friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast selection . Good value for price.

Nothing to complain. Got a room away from the highway.

We needed a comfortable and practical one night's stay for the next day's journey by ferry to leave at 4:00AM. The hotel room and services met all our need so well. The room had a bathtub which offered a good night sleep. The receptionist and bar staff we saw was the only one lady and she was very professional and friendly. My husband left a mobile at the bar and she found and called our room immediately. We appreciated it so much!

It was nice. Breakfast as well. The room was clean.

The price comparing to hotel is a little too high.

Very quiet despite roadworks and the motorway nearby Super comfy bed Shower was perfect Functional room Cleaners were doing a great job

Good location for ferry terminal is brilliant. Young guy working in restaurant worked like a train getting all the orders out.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room

Location of room was quiet. Parking area was accommodating and safe. Front desk staff very nice. Nice breakfast buffet.

Breakfast price was a little high. Room price a little high. Room carpet was old and had a cigarette burns. Posted do not disturb sign at door on the second day and room was serviced anyway.
