The pool is a nice feature.

Once they opened their own bar on the terrace you couldn’t have your own drink and sit out and enjoy the rooftop. This is not in the write up!!! so that was a huge appointment for us! It was my fiancé‘s birthday so we wanted to sit up there and enjoy the rooftop view with a drink in the evening, but because they bring their own alcohol up there and call it a bar, they then tell you you can’t have your own drink up there. You have to buy it from the bar. So essentially you can enjoy the terrace for only a short period unless you want to purchase a drink from the bar. They need to be honest about this is their write up description.

I am really pleased with my stay overall. The hotel is in a traditional building located in the heart of Toulon yet being only 10 min walk from the train station and the port which makes it a prime location for guests. The staff is lovely and very accommodating. The room are good size and well looked after. Everything is clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool is the best, with a magical view all over Toulon and the sea and with sun from sunrise to sunset. I will definitely come back when in Toulon and would highly recommend it.

We stayed for one night before catching the ferry to Corsica the next day. We had requested an early check-in, which the hotel kindly accommodated (at an extra cost), and this was very much appreciated after our long train journey. The hotel is right in the heart of Toulon, a perfect location for exploring. It also has a lovely small rooftop pool, where we were able to have a refreshing dip, cool down, and enjoy views over the city. Toulon itself is a lovely place with a great vibe — we really enjoyed the restaurants and bars nearby.

The breakfast availability on Saturday and Sunday morning was chaotic. Too many people looking for a seat to eat and the food replenishment was very slow. People were standing around the dining area waiting for bread, eggs and crossants to be replenished.

Speed of table clearing was very slow. The bearded gentleman who was clearing away tables and trying to calm those complaining down, looked run off his feet. He had no help from any other member of staff.

Brilliant location, awesome staff and beautiful room. The location was perfect, midway between the sea front and train station, with everything in Toulon very accessible from this hotel. Lovely hotel rooftop pool which we, as a large group used as a bar in the evening. There were 12 of us (6 couples) staying at the hotel and everyone's expectations of the rooms were exceeded and none of us had any complaints. Staff were very attentive and couldn't help enough with the many queries that were asked of them. If we do return to Toulon there is no question that this will be the hotel that we return to.

My wife and I enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay in a Superior room. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Toulon’s pedestrian zone. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooftop pool was a highlight. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, it looked delicious. Plus, there are plenty of charming restaurants and coffee shops nearby for a perfect morning meal.

Honestly, everything was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to complain about!

Such a calm and peaceful hotel in the heart of a city. Reception staff were so helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent with a charming host and healthy organic options. If you wanted to you could sit on a balcony and view the city as you ate your breakfast. A small but very relaxing and well appointed roof terrace with a small swimming pool with a spectacular view of the city.

Cleaning staff need to knock before they enter the rooms. Rooms are spotlessly clean.

Lovely, friendly staff that were willing to help in any way. We were lucky enough to revive an upgrade, so we are very thankful for that. The pool and sauna were our highlights, everything was clean, and comfortable.

Nothing really to say here!! The only thing I would note is that the pool was closed due to the rain for a whole day of our trip, which was disappointing with it being the main amenity, especially on such a rainy day.

Staff were extremely friendly especially the evening staff. Location is excellent.

There were facilities in the room for tea and coffee but staff did not leave any coffee or teabags after the 1st night

The hotel is in a good location close to the town and the port. The beach was just a short drive away with free parking. The hotel offered discounted parking to a nearby underground parking garage.

Due to its central location, it was often quite noisy late at night and early in the morning and I was frequently woken up at night.
