Charming hotel, 5 minutes walking distance to the port and old town with many restaurants, cafés, shops, farmers market etc. Ten minutes walking distance to the train and bus station, sandy beaches with crystal clear water just about 20 minutes by public transport. Reception staff were very nice and helpful, all of them, as well as housekeeping ladies. Room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. If we ever return to Toulon, this hotel will be our choice without hesitation. Restaurant interior is very nice too, but because of our dietary requirements and timing, we didn't tried the food.

The room was very spacious and clean, there were three main areas in the room (Separate Toilet, separate bathroom, small sitting room and main bedroom. Location was just around the corner of the Port and also the Historical Old Town, some great restaurants along the promenade and the old Town provided some lovely shops and markets.

Even though the rooms included noise reducing doors and windows, we could still hear loud music until 2am in the morning.

Lovely hotel decor, the staff were very friendly, the hotel buffet breakfast was great, with lots of choice and restaurant/breakfast area was beautiful. Great location. The room was clean and spacious. The Roof top pool was a real plus, we enjoyed a little dip and enjoyed sitting on the rooftop.

The bathroom had two showerheads, a small one and an overhead one. The smaller one was unfortunately broken so couldn't be ajusted to preferred height. Not a major problem just would be nice to have both showerheads.

Beautiful clean hotel with such a fun but classic nautical theme. We stayed in a large and comfortable room facing the port, and enjoyed the view from the rooftop as well as the restaurant and bar.

I didn’t see anything upon booking about pre booking a parking spot, nor did I get a follow up email like I did from the hotel about pre-booking the pool. The lot was full when we arrived in low season and there was an issue with their “backup lot”. The staff were helpful finding a solution for us but making the parking situation more obvious before arrival is my only recommendation.

The staff, the comfort, the food were all terrific. If you are not disabled in anyway then I throroughly reccomend it.

The hotel was perfect in everyway except the disabled person bathroom, which was frankly dangerous. the shower was level to the floor and therefore all the water poured out into a puddle that turned into a lake and spread all over the bathroom floor and into the bedroom, it was dangerous for an abled bodied person but for a disabled person it was slippery and my husband could have fallen and been badly hurt. The hotel owners have been told that the bathrooms are dangerous and they have decided to look the other way. Very sad considering everything else at the hotel was fabulous.

Location was terrific, right across the street from the museum. The food was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Staff were also incredibly nice, friendly and helpful.

I found the parking quite stressful. It’s very difficult to run into the hotel on a one- way street (without parking) to race inside and ask for a parking pass. And finding the garage was tricky as there was a bollard blocking the road. We got there in the end though!

Breakfast was wonderful. We had to be in the petite salon because the rugby team was there...everything was beautiful. The staff was so helpful helping to find the garage to park and were so kind during our stay.

I think because the rugby game was the next day, things were super rowdy outside. I could not figure out the air conditioner, but they helped us the next day, though things were a bit quieter.

The hotel had a design that suited the city. A beautiful old stairs, a spacious room, an air conditioner that keeps the room cool when it’s hot outside, a towel heater in the bathroom, a clean bed, a very comfortable mattress and pillows, lovely personal and a view from the window. Also a swimming pool on the hotels roof

Everything was perfect

Excellent location. Friendly welcoming staff at reception, the outdoor bar, and the restaurant for breakfast. The consistent and playful approach to decor. I will never forget watching the Paris Olympics opening ceremony in the hotel courtyard after a hot day with a mojito and a tapas plate. Delightful!

Our bedroom was sweet but rather small so there wasn't room to walk upright round the bed. It wouldn't have worried me had I been a little fitter. Next time I'll just ask for a different room.

Convenient for the ferry, we got in from Toulon in the evening and an easy walk to hotel Friendly staff on the desk, English spoken Comfy bed and pillows, liked the separate toilet away from bathroom

Room on the small side. Breakfast chaotic, no clear tables and only one lady trying to do everything, she was a bit grumpy! Breakfast expensive but cooked part ok, continental side poor and not kept refilled. Ignored when asked for something not there.
