Perfect location, short walk from the station and also pretty close to the maritime museum and the harbour front with loads of restaurants, Ice Cream bars etc. Great breakfast room and very friendly staff that let us have a very enjoyable breakfast on the terrace outside.

The air condition that did not work, something that seems to happen regularly. Then it says on booking.com that there is a fitness room, but there isn’t; already since the Corona days. Disappointing that the information has not been updated particularly for those who try to stay fit during their holidays.

Good position, clean, polite front desk staff.

I was given a room facing the street, despite the fact I requested a quiet one. Tourist buses starting, engine at 5 am, delivery trucks, garbage collection at same early hours. Window didn’t fully close (mechanism needs revision). Plus room was right near elevators so I could hear noisy guests waiting or leaving elevators. Air conditioning disabled intentionally. Room temperature reached 27 C at approx 6 pm because of room’s exposure to sun.

Hotel location was superb, not far from the train station and easy walk into town for shops, restaurants and beach. Staff were so lovely, especially reception staff who helped with journey planning to the airport and were always very helpful. Beds were SUPER comfortable !

Only thing I would say is the pool is smaller in real life than it looks in pictures so when it’s busy you don’t get a bed but it was still nice.

Ideal location, close to train station and port. Pool area very relaxing and staff really friendly. Very safe area to walk at night and room really quiet and comfortable.

Mini fridges in rooms could be cooler and pool area could do with more sun loungers especially in the busy summer months.

As expected for this hotel chain. But for the price we paid excellent value for money. Spacious light clean well appointed room. With good outlook over to limestone cliffs. Super comfortable bed and linens. Quiet fridge! Fast wifi. Very well sound isolated. Quiet. Good curtains. Great nights sleep. Location great. Easy 5 min walk to train and a good stroll through garden and livery plaza to old town and marina. Recommend

Everything was in easy reach and convenient. The staff was friendly, especially the day desk receptionist in the morning, and our superior room met our expectations.

The windows are not very sound-proof, so that the noise from the busy streets around the hotel could be heard. The parking space is limited.

Location was excellent. Very close to the centre of town and approx 10 mins walk to the train station. Hotel located in a nice quiet area. Very clean and comfortable and good value for money . All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice pool area to chill out and not overcrowded and towels are also provided.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk from the train and 10 to the centre of the town. Staff very helpful and rooms really clean and spacious. Really nice swimming pool outside. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting an affordable but great hotel in Toulon.

Nothing really everything was fine.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean comfortable. The breakfast selection was not the largest I've seen, but that was o problem because what was on offer was very tasty. Close to transport

The aircon seems to have a mind of its own. The property could do with a makeover. Inside the rooms are fine, but the exterior is unappealing.

Good size bedroom with interconnecting door which would be good for families, groups of friends. Close to train station and port and centre of Toulon

Breakfast stops at 9.30am on weekdays - a little bit later would have been better.
