The location is unsurpassed, picture postcard, the building is very old, full of character and charm. The rooms are basic but comfy, clean and were more than adequate for our needs. Staff were great, accommodating and helpful.

Could have done with a kettle as they couldn't provide breakfast on a Monday.

A beautiful surrounding with nature. A clean room with your own bathroom / shower.

The building is rather "rustic" with some junks lying around (although they are kept out of way). I was a bit taken aback when I checked in, although the room itself turned out to be fine. There should be a soap by the bathroom sink..

History of the location, beautiful building, beautiful spot by the river. Cafe and crepes down the road ana nearby Goureg delightful with a bakery and restaurants

Just a couple of details in the room, bathroom was missing the cover off the shower tray, couple of panels missing off the ceiling showing plasterboard underneath. Easily resolved and just made the room feel a little unfinished. Otherwise room standard very good

Beautiful peaceful location, communicative, kind & responsive hosts, comfortable and private room, prepared breakfast, parking on site.

Room 7 has a toilet macerator which seems to service another room & was very loud when used in the night time! This may need attention.

An excellent location! We loved staying in the abbey, it felt very authentic! The view from the room was beautiful! and we could enjoy the walks and bike rides around! Breakfast was simple but very good.

Very helpful and amicable owner. Exceptionally "zen" in his attitude and ways to make us feel comfortable.

Amazing modern room in beautiful old buildings within ancient monument. Formidable

Hard to criticise but some soap and shampoo in bathroom would have been useful as we were travelling light.
