Great view of the castle from my room Front desk was very friendly

Restaurant staff could be better, learn from your front desk. Ladies that were serving was helpful, one of the male server could speak better English had a bit of an attitude. Dinner Food presentation was better than how it taste . Breakfast buffet eggs we’re miserable and sitting there for a while but others spread was mediocre quality with yoghurt and breads etc… My friend was unfortunately assigned to non- castle view room. Her shower was so slippery that she was almost knocked out from her fall. So be careful! My shower room had a different set up and was totally fine and no issues.

An absolutely brilliant hotel. Very well located in lovely Pontivy, perfectly comfortable en-suite rooms, excellent private parking, great beer and best of all, the most friendly, accommodating and helpful staff for which one could ever wish. We only scratched them surface of our exploration of Brittany and we will be back for sure. Thank you to Amelie and all her colleagues - you made the trip really special for us, thank you so much :-). Phil.

The bar closed a little too early!

The staff were outstanding in their cheerful helpfulness, and we appreciated being able to use the bar for a coffee or a drink at any time. The parking was excellent for a town hotel.

More drawer space would be nice.

Very clean. It is a basic but very nice typical family run hotel. The staff were all very friendly and breakfast very good. Restaurant next door very good and popular with the locals, good job we booked when we arrived.

It was a surprise that hotel doors locked at 9.30 and the bar had closed by then but we were out of season and we had a code to back door so could go out and let ourselves in whatever time we wanted.

Good sized room, very clean, bed comfortable, pillow just ok. Breakfast very ordinary. Can't say we would stay again, nothing wrong with the room, area felt very dodgy.
