The staff were very helpful in all departments, made my partner and I feel very welcome. They let me put my precious Harley in the underground garage at no extra cost. Would definitely go there again!

Only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for both of us. We could have asked for more but I feel it should be standard 2 towels each

I didn't take breakfast but was very happy with the location.. Easily reached just off the duel carriageway...The Staff is very friendly and helpful and restaurant ajacent... .. so there is no need to go out in the car

I was disappointed that there were no tea coffee making facilities..

Noisy roads Rooms were very very tight small and less than basic. A kettle and basic tea making facilities would have been more than welcome

The breakfast could possibly have offered a little more variety in the cereals that were available e.g. it would have been nice for muesli to have been included but overall was good. The location was in a residential area on the edge of Pontivy, beside a small, newly built shopping centre approximately 20 minutes walk to the town.

I would say that the room was a little cramped for two people if more time was being spent at the hotel & also lacked storage space for clothes. However, as I & my colleague were attending a cycling event in a nearby town & were out for most of the daytime, this was not an issue.

That they had a space for my bicycle in a locked garage thank you for that the gentleman who checked me went above and beyond to help Super market right next door to fill up the snack pack Nice selection for breakfast

If I was to not like anything the shower had run about of soap that's it was a solid stay

Other than the significant amount of remodeling work being done everywhere it was exactly as expected and good value for the money.

Comfortable beds. Air conditioning welcome during the heatwave. Dog friendly rooms and restaurant. Good value.
