Great place with welcoming and friendly staff . The hotel is located 50m from the beach , has an outdoor pool and an indoor pool with some spa features. The room was comfortable and had everything one needs including a little balcony. As there quite a few emails , there was a slight misunderstanding with the self check-in but the staff member solved it straight away. The room and place itself was comfortable , extremely clean and helped make it a memorable stay

I couldn’t fault it. Perhaps the price a little on the high as certain parts are a little old and may need some modernisation/ renovation but nothing that would stop anyone from having a pleasant stay

The location it.s wonderful, just in front of the ship lydia and the beach, and just behind a little forat with squirrels. Good for making a stop for a few days or in the way. It is near different places to visit. It has a spa that saddly I didn't.t have time to enjoy this time but next.the outside pools are heated a bit to a temperate temperature. Moreover, it has his own gated parking. You can get a small trolly to bring the luggage from the car to the room. It has a restaurant with an area for kids and in the lobby there is a petit library, a futbolin and some other entertainment machine. Also positive the fact that has 2 elevators and ramps so it.s really accessible. The room was the size they said and the terrace it.s the best, really big and my room has the view from the ship. It has all you need to cook. I missed having some small tiny bottle with some dish soap like other companies and some extra toilet paper since the one we had was not new and in day and a half was gone. It.s a great complex that need a clean face like paint the tables of the terrace, clean outside chairs, dust the lamps , fix the dinning table that shaked a lot and we didn't use,... it has a lot the potential and the hosts were great, nice, smiley and they accept all size dogs. We will return for sure even with the issue of the cleaning that could be just that day in my room for the hurries, but cleaning that way was not too profesional.

The negative point is the room cleaning. Getting late it was not ready , really I did.nt take care since for sure they had many rooms that day but when we went into the room smelled weird so we open all windows. The terrace was with plenty ashes from cigarretes that I broom away, and the floor didn't look clean properly like just mopping quick, so the shower and its glass door looked like only was rinse with water since when i clean the floor of the shower got a bit better.

We got there very late on the first night as we had missed a flight and i forgot to inform the company this resulted in us having to book another accommodation for the first night as theres no one there to help us out - but it was our fault i forgot to message the company to inform them Wifi was not as good later on in the night but seemed real good in the mornings and afternoon

The apartment was perfect. The staff was very attentive and the restaurant’s food was excellent.

Nice pool and close to the beach. The room was okey and clean. There is a big balcony. Easy to park the car outside.

Missing a small gym and a ping pong table. The ping pong table was only for the kids club. There is no area with grass outside for yoga or similar activities. Notice there is a concert area very close wich can be nice but they can play loud during the night and it is hard to get to the hotel. For information, there is a AC but it is not working, but there is no description for AC in the facilities.

Nice pool, close to the beach. Needed to sleep with open bedroom door as AC-unit was in living area. Nice balcony, with table that seats four (indoor table only seated two).
