Location was within easy waking distance of the station and the bus to/from the airport. Friendly smiley staff who were patient with me trying my best to speak French. Room was ok, comfy beds, decent shower. Room only so cannot comment on meals/breakfast.

Room was not as advertised on LinkedIn, we were sold a Twin Room with a balcony with City views, we were allocated an internal room, with a balcony overlooking an internal triangle, collection of balconies and metal fire escapes. Shower cubicle had a glass screen on one side them a shower curtain, plenty of black mould on sealant round the tray. Awful 2 person lift, like an oven and had halogen lights heating down on you. Overall the hotel looked and felt tired, only a one night stay so was ok for that.

Family-run business has a nice feeling and is more personal. The daughter of the owner was fantastic and helped me with logistics & actually drove me to my next connection. That was so kind of her & very thoughtful as I would have missed my connection. I am very grateful for the assistance. Thank you, Stephen.

Good location very close to city centre & easy walk to train station. Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Good choice at breakfast

Road noise as we were on the front of the building, but it didn’t stop us sleeping. Our room had a hand held shower with no mechanism for attaching it to the wall. Not ideal.

Very, very pleasant staff at the reception. Helpful with things like parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Best thing is that the rooms are not carpeted-much more hygienic.

Breakfast. 11 euros so not expensive, but there could have been a better choice of foods.

The room is very simple, clean, spacious, toilet is relatively small, basic amenities! it’s good enough to spend a night fast here. The staffs are helpful and friendly, I felt welcome!! Lobby part is pretty nice and cozy but the hall between the room is very small and a bit eerie for me!! Based on my experience I think it’s fair enough if the hotel is a 3stars and no 4 stars.

The staff were lovely, most of our interactions were with Edwin who was very efficient and a lovely chap, he was very helpful and pleasant. My partner is bilingual and my French was limited, Edwin was great at interacting with both of us! And was very patient with my limited French!

Nothing, everything was as expected! And the roof terrace and balcony a bonus!

Good sized room with a comfortable bed. The location is a close walk to everything, especially a great bakery across the road called Boulangerie Le Levain d'Hélios. The staff were very nice and professional.

Good hotel - centrally located - helpful staff - some great food places in the area

A bit more expensive than I would have preferred (probably due to booking fees, etc.)

Good simple room which was good value for money. The hotel was well positioned close to the old city centre and the station.

Breakfast was rather limited in choice and had to be topped up several times.

Excellently located to all amenities and the hotel room was perfect with air con, which was well needed!! The breakfast was delicious
