I stopped here on my way to and from Spain with my dog. The staff was amazing and both of us felt very welcome. There was space outside for a walk, the hotel was exactly what I needed - hence booking it for the return journey also. I will be back next year when I make the same trip.

The hotel is getting older so some of the rooms are a bit tired. I did not really care as we were made so welcome and the price was fair, so who cares.

Kids play zone was great, couldn’t use the pool as the day was not the best for that. They were so kind to prepare a coffee for us before leaving at 3am

When the restaurant was closed, we took our own food from a restaurant close by but they did not let us eat on the tables and sofas that they have in the entrance. We had to eat the burgers on our beds. This was out of restaurant opening times.

We drove to Perpignan and stayed at this hotel because it was also close to Le Barcarés where we were planning to visit Le Village de Noel. We stayed in a room for 4 and it was spacious and clean. The mattresses were hard which we loved. Breakfast was good with plenty of both salad and sweet options. The hotel is a 3 min. drive from a mall where you can find some big box stores.

The shower head support was broken. Other than that everything was fine.

Close to Perpignan airport and easy to find from motorway. Good size room with proper opening window. Very comfortable bed.

Restaurant was closed. Didn’t know that till we got there and had no idea of area so too late to seek out a restaurant. Wish they didn’t take dogs. We did hear barking from nearby room. One couple had 2 large dogs there…..no!

The room was clean and the staf was extremely friendly

The only thing that concerned us because we have 2 dogs that the gate was open all day. They shut it at 11 o clock in the evening.There is a busy road after the gate.In other novotels like Valence the gate only opens when a car gets in or out.

Very good value for money, clean and comfy. Dog friendly.

During our stay pool was closed for maintenance, hence could not use it. However, we were booking hotel for this option being available

Close to motorway, secure car park, dog friendly, good wi fi, helpful English speaking staff esp Claire always very good. Fridge & kettle in room.

Nothing, all good

The hotel was very new, unlike most of the other hotels listed for the area. The room was a good size, very clean and modern and I appreciated there was a refrigerator in the room. The bed was very comfortable but the plastic protective sheet on the mattress underneath the sheets made me sweat. Breakfast was great and the dinner was also very good. Would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
