We were driving from Spain, saw this hotel on the map, booked, copied the address from the booking site into Google maps, it led us to a car park. The address on the site is incorrect. All roads to the hotel were blocked either by barriers or a chain, we were able to drive up to the hotel only by driving back onto the highway and turning into another lane. As a result, to get to this hotel when driving from Spain, we had to make a 20 km circle and pay extra for the roads. Inconvenient.

The staff were very friendly. I arrived quite late at night after a long drive from Calais, my head was pounding and I couldn't string a sentence together in French. My French is usually good enough to deal woth these situations but not on this day. I was mixing up spa ish and French together, the Male receptionist could see this and was genuinely helpful. I appreciate anyone going out of theor way to accommodate someone who is trying to, but is struggling to speak their language. Much much respect to that man and all his colleagues. I apologise for not being better.

I think tea and coffee in the rooms would benefit them greatly.

Hotel location and kids loved the pool. Good breakfast and perfect for our one night stay. Rooms very basic for a longer stay. Perfect for us and would stay again. Thank you.

Very good location for motorway stop off. Private garages are a real bonus. Very friendly staff. Easy access to cafe and small supermarket.
