Great location - calm, with park view, only 10 minutes by feet to the very center of the town. Our room was rather large and comfortable with a nice terrace. Friendly staff - cleaning, reception and restaurant alike. And yes, the restaurant itself was good, too!

Well, the parking.. it is tight. We spent some time (and nerves) getting the car in and out. Still, we were quite happy to have taken this option as finding a free parking spot in the streets of Perpignan does not seem all that easy. Just think about reserving it in advance.

Friendly staff (Mainly), clean with good facilities. Bar staff excellent.

No longer proper cups, glasses or spoons in the rooms for morning coffee. Provision of paper cups and wooden spoons was a major negative on the hotel experience. No doubt defended by environmental issues but very cheap and comes across as penny pinching. Not pleasant experience. Equally breakfast room ran out of juice glasses so rather than arrange replenishment substituted with paper cups again. Third stay at this normally excellent hotel but tainted experiences like those mentioned will probably prevent rebooking. Disappointing.

Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We chose this property because it was pet friendly (and the rooms had air con). Walkable to centre ville and plenty of free overnight parking on the street. Also, the food in the restaurant and their wine selection was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great — though the pet amenity kit (bed, bowl, treat) shown in the photos wasn’t provided, we did ask the front desk for a pet bed and they had something available for our dog to use).

The Hotel was exceptionally nice. Located in a quiet area of the City and with a park across the road. There were always plenty of staff available to help you with any queries. The Hotel also had an excellent restaurant offering a good selection of food and drinks. The breakfast was equally as good, with a wide variety of options to choose between. The rooms were clean and modern and above all the bed was very comfortable. Refreshments were available throughout the Hotel and were free of charge.

Nothing really to add here, as it truly is a great Hotel. Other than it was difficult to dry your bath towels as there isn’t a suitable solution for this. However, clean, dry towels are available daily when the cleaner comes in, so long as you indicate that you would like your room making.

The room was nice, seemed well-appointed, and the hotel seemed to have a nice design vibe. We only stayed one night. We were able to take the bus back and forth to the train station with ease. I couldn't really tell how well situated it was as we didn't spend that much time in town. We were able to walk about 10 minutes and find a cute restaurant for dinner.

Unfortunately at the check in the guy was new and charged my card when he shouldn't have. That wasn't such a big deal, but then his female supervisor was explaining the situation and just talking to the male friend that I was sharing the room with despite me making the booking, giving my card for the potential incidentals hold w/ my credit card, etc. It all felt totally sexist, and we both remarked on it in the elevator afterward.

Great location that is easy to find on main thoroughfare. Secure parking is available, but when this was full the staff kindly advised us we could park for free all weekend in the street at the rear of the hotel, which was ideal. The weather was atrocious and the staff had to deal with a much larger group of guests in and around that lobby and restaurant than would be normally expected, which they did brilliantly and aways with a smile. The food is great here both Lunch and Breakfast

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, engaging with us in both English and Spanish since we don't speak French. We had a special request for our personal celebrations, and the hotel staff not only met but exceeded our expectations, making the occasion even more memorable. The room was absolutely pristine—by far the cleanest we've ever encountered in all our travels. Every detail was flawless, from the spotless carpets to the immaculate windows. There wasn't a trace of dust anywhere. This hotel has set a new standard for cleanliness and attention to detail, and we couldn't have been more impressed with our stay.

Loved the location of the hotel. Great staff, quite polite and friendly. Standard room is decent with excellent sized bathroom.

I wish breakfast was included at this price, otherwise no complaints at all

All the staff were attentive and readily happy to help, booking taxis, directions etc. Excellent location with an easy stroll to the centre through the tree lined park opposite or main route. Buses also available directly outside hotel which was very useful for going further a field. Rooms were clean, well equipped and although we were road facing ours was quiet too. Beds super comfy! We didn't have breakfast but hot and continental was available, plus complimentary coffee, tea and iced water in reception area. Enjoyed the interesting art too!

Hard to think of anything! Perhaps longer hanging space for dresses but that was minor and easily used wall coat hook instead.

Smart looking hotel, spotlessly clean and modern. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom with large walk in shower. Nice selection of in-room teas/coffees . Good location, across from a lovely park, very peaceful. 5-10 minutes walk from centre and selection of restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is an onsite restaurant and bar - lovely menu with great variety. There is a small gym available to use.

There was nothing to dislike.
