We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. We were greeted by a lovely couple on arrival (sorry, don’t know your names). Extremely helpful showing us on a map of the city where to visit and recommending restaurants. Our room was ready before check in time and was on fourth floor. A clean bright room of good size with a balcony. Bathroom on small size but good shower and good size shelf for toiletries. Nicely decorated. Breakfast was good and cooked eggs on request. Hotel very conveniently situated between train/bus station and city centre. To our surprise it was Fête de La Musique in France the weekend of our stay and we were treated to a magnificent array of live bands all around Perpignan centre. Great fun!

I planned to arrive on a local bus from the airport and depart by train the following day. So the hotel's location close to the airport bus route, the town centre itself, and the train station used for my departure was very convenient for a one-night stay. It allowed me time to explore the town centre conveniently on foot. My upper-storey room, facing the road, had a pleasant if small balcony to relax on. It was quiet during the evening, and I was able to watch the world below go by. I paid extra for the buffet breakfast. I would also recommend this for convenience - there was a wide selection of good-quality savoury and sweet options with nice, relaxed service.

While check-in wasn't until 3:00, they made it easy for me to drop off my bag ahead of time. My room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk to the area I spent the most time in, and it's just a 10+ minute walk from the bus and train stations. Breakfast was extra and I decided to get it on my second day (15E). They had a nice selection of tasty foods - hot or cold savory (quiche) or sweet (apple cake) things, plus fruit, yogurt, juices, cheeses, little croissants, pain au chocolat, and rolls. (Pic of buffet was taken at the end of breakfast so hard to get complete idea of everything.) You could make your own latte, cappuccino, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to do laundry and Mariele helped me identify the closest laundromat. I would definitely stay here again!

Good, clean, fresh - looked recently refurbished. A bit more expensive than alternatives in the area, but it looked like this one is the freshest one. + Windows can be opened - not the terrible air conditioning setup with sealed windows like in many other hotels. + Key is the good - "old technology" card which do work, unlike the fully digital cards used in other hotels which often stop working during your stay and have to be "re-coded".

Walls are a bit thin - can hear things in other rooms/bathrooms, but not catastrophic. Not against the hotel, but - Perpignan & "Islamic republic of Macaron & Croissant" is not a great place to visit these days anymore...

Fantastic staff, they couldn't have been more helpful. I'd requested a room on the first floor, but then upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the street. The hotel actually rang me to say there wasn't one on the first floor but could offer me the third, and to check I'd be happy with that. On arrival, our newly-decorated room did smell a bit of paint, which makes me nauseous, and street noise meant we wouldn't be able to leave the window open all night, so I asked if we could change to a room at the back of the hotel where we could keep the window open. The hotel was full, but they managed to swap us to a room where the occupants hadn't yet arrived. It's very clean and comfortable, near the railway station so good if you have bags, but also near to the old centre of town. But it's the lovely staff who make it!

The hotel was very convenient to both the Perpignan train station and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful arranging a taxi to the airport. The weather was extremely hot during our stay but the room was very comfortable with a good air conditioning system.

We hadn't realised we had to request to have the room made up so our room wasn't made up during our 3 night stay but this wasn't a real problem to us.

I had a room away from the street and it was great. Quiet and comfy. The location is an easy walk into the centre of town and Audrey helpfully marked out interesting locations for me on a map. I decided to have breakfast there in the morning to make things easy. I was expecting an English style breakfast but instead there were a bunch of different French savoury delights, cold meats, cheese etc. I really enjoyed trying something much more locally inspired. Merci est vous!

Neat little hotel, and ideal for a short stay. Audrey was a great hostess and nothing was a problem. A short stroll to the old centre and close to the train station. The courtyard off our room was a nice space for a late afternoon drink or two., so well worth the extra cost.

Nothing. However it might be a bit claustrophobic if staying for an extended period.

The location of the hotel was excellent for us as we arrived and left by train and also visited local towns by train which involved a short 10 min walk down the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful making suggestions for places to visit. We had breakfast every day and found it tasty ,plentiful and healthy. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed and shower were both great and there was much- needed air conditioning as well as a kettle and a hairdryer. The lift worked well. We used the small shop opposite to buy milk, water and snacks - it was open until 10pm. Perpignan is a great centre and just 10 mins from the hotel to a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions. There is a very good bus service and some unmissable sights like the Palace, Castle and Pamms Hotel.

The room was pretty good sized, the bed was very comfortable and the bathtoom was large and well lit. The personnel, particulatly, Audrey, were very helpful. Hotel was walking distance from the railroad station and from the center of town.

The rugs in hallway were a bit threadbare, but that didn't affect my stay.
