The hotel and facilities within the hotel were very clean and well maintained and the pirate theme was immense. The place oozed ‘pirate’ which was fabulous. The waterpark was appropriate for all ages and kept everyone entertained and cool.

The location wasn’t too good for us as a family of 7 as we didn’t have a car and taxis were outrageously expensive (200 euros to travel 7 km). Local transport links were poor/non existent so we couldn’t venture anywhere without it costing silly money. Also we couldn’t take advantage of any of the entertainment as there was no English translation. Everything was in French which is understandable being in France, but we were surprised as other European holidays we have been on usually translate everything into several languages as they go along. This didn’t happen here so we couldn’t enjoy any entertainment and our little one couldn’t go to kids club due to the language barrier. All of this meant that our value for money was hugely impacted.

Rooms were great for young families. Beds very comfortable. Variety of activities in the water park. Park was quieter due to lower season which was great for our toddler. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff.

Limited food options due to low season. Main areas of the hotel were not very clean, cobwebs, broken glass which was pointed out to staff but not cleaned up. Broken lockers in the VIP area. Unclear what extras you got in the VIP areas as none of these seemed available during our visit. None of this over shadowed our great holiday and experience, we would visit again.

Long way from our suite to the reception/waterpark. Lots of mosquitos. No decent restaurant on site. No sun in garden. We think as a perk we should have had a secret gate from the garden onto the waterpark, save all that walking. Show great at night but didn’t understand as only the ‘welcome to the show ‘ was in English. Treasure hunt wasn’t in English so we couldn’t participate. VIP guests paying £450 a night should have had a free escape room experience. Food at lunchtime was dreadful and the cafe closed at 2:30pm Taxi from Hotel was €40 euros but private ‘bolt/Uber only €18 Wi-Fi went down often, and went down for 6 hours whilst we were there. Insult pricing for the minibar €10 euros for a mini vodka and €5 for a 250ml coke?

We loved our stay at Cap Pirate. Amazing attention to detail. Lovely reception staff. The water park was good fun and it was great to have an hour at the end for only hotel residents.

The water in the park was very cold even in August. The restaurant was awful.

Super cool hotel! Haven’t had such a good service since my USA trips. Thank you Elena and the team! Didn’t try the restaurant but everything else was just fab! Shuttle to the beach was super!

The menu at the restaurant didn’t look that amazing so we went to town.

Super infrastructure and part with very friendly staff. Our kids have a lot of fun with the park and animation organised

Fabulous water park and quiet comfy room. Lovely welcome from friendly staff and they parked our car and put our bags away while we enjoyed the water park. There’s a golf buggy service to go out for dinner at the beach and they collect you afterwards. The rooms have good aircon, a nice terrace or garden, and a very nice shower. All have fully fitted kitchens if you plan a longer stay (but no washing machine).

No light switch by sofa bed and little lighting in living room. Noise from communal landing. Food really basic (fast food options only except breakfast). The water park gets very crowded but still lots of room to enjoy the wave pool, multiple slides, deep lagoon and magic river. It’s very creative and great fun.

Great pools, decorations and facilities (like the barbecue and equipped kitchen). The free taxi service to the beach and friendly staff. It was great to be allowed to use the pools for the rest of the day after checking out but it was sad to see the poor condition of the changing rooms (damaged, dirty) and the fact that at least one third of the lockers were broken and nobody cares about that.

The hotel should limit the number of visitors from outside, on sunny days the pools were too crowded. Just like during our previous stay, the wave pool did not function and some days and there was no message, no communication. No need for a sign with times of waves as these are not respected anyway.

Excellent stuff, interesting experience to live in pirates suits both for kids and adults, free admittion to water park. Pitty we stayed one night and havent chance to experience all of pirates world, but highly recomend to visit it.

The water in sswiming pools are not heated and as it was around 28 degrees outside the water wasnt so much pleasant.

A fun atmosphere and great for kids 3-16 and the pirate theme was well done. A comfortable bed and lovely balcony but as grandparents it was not our first choice of hotel.
