The rooms we got were nice with a big balcony, the location is great - close to a lovely beach and the pool area is good. Beautifully designed & plants in the walking path to the beach are a nice touch. Very friendly staff, we got a warm welcome by epecially Emmanuel at the reception. Plenty of parking & night guards make you feel safe.

There is a camping nearby that plays music until midnight quite loud , & the breakfast didnt seem so great so we used the service from the bakery instead, and got fresh bread & croissants to our room, which was nice. We werent sure how asking for cleaning worked, for longer stays, it would be nice to agree on the cadence of when the room gets clean when you check in & that you get times of when to leave the room during cleaing days.

Very friendly Staff and excellent service. Smiling, polite, helpful. Cleaning staff very efficient. The location is just perfect. Reasonably quiet and easy parking. Excellent breakfast, with fresh products.

The facilities are ok but a bit old and not what you expect in a 4 stars residency. Having to pay for a kit to clean the kitchen is just ridiculous (Odalys policy, not the responsibility of this hotel). Water in the bathroom without pressure and sudden changes of temperature. Not always room in the swimming pool. A little bit overpriced considering the age of the residence and facilities.

- Just a few steps from the beach and from Mail de Rochelongue (the shopping area with restaurants, bakery etc). - Great weather, sunny but not so hot thanks to the breeze. - Not many people at the beaches - calm (in July). - Excellent pool area. Shallow pool for children. Long pool where one can swim. Barriers around so children cannot enter alone. - Small gym and a small playgound. - Spacious parking. - Many many possible activities in the area, especially if you have a car, including for children. - Elevator and barrier-free access and showers.

- Narrow balcony where we could not sit around the table. - Almost no shelves/wardrobes. - Tiny kitchenette, small table, two chairs and two seats without backrest. - Uncomfortable sofa. - Barrier-free showers implied water everywhere.

The room was spacious and the kitchenette had everything needed for self catering. The beautiful beach was close as were the supermarket, boulangerie and butcher. The pool area was lovely and clean and equipped with lots of sun loungers. Supervisors kept watch over the pool area.

The restaurant was only open for a few hours some days and prices were on the high side.

The hotel is located close to the beaches in Cap d'Agde and also within walking distance from "Mail de Rochelongues" where you will find cafes, restaurants, one supermarket and souvenir shops. The closed parking was a big plus. Included is also access to hotel's pool which was open till 8 o'clock in the evening. The restaurant "Amore" offers a variety of mediterranean dishes and drinks. The hotels staff is very helpful and friendly, they made us feel at home during our stay.

The hotel was spotless. The apt.was very clean The bedroom was small - it had a t.v and table with 2 chairs. The kitchenette consisted of 2 hobs .Good size fridge.Sink. Delph and cutlery for 2 people. This was handy for a breakfast and light lunch . The bathroom was very big. The bed is very comfortable There is a verandah with table and chairs. Marie in Reception is a real asset to the hotel.she greets you with a smile and is most helpful with any query you have. She gave us bus timetables and booked taxis. The night porters were always pleasant and most helpful. I had a very early departure and the night porter on Monday morning offered me coffee. He also helped put my bags in a taxi. I thanked him and he replied "this is my job" There is a bus stop to Agde outside the hotel. This brings you to town and the train station.its 1Euro.Bus no 3. There is a Spar and bakery nearby. There are beaches within 3 minutes from hotel. The pool is large with plenty sun loungers. Bar staff are friendly and courteous

There are no toiletries supplied which I would expect in a 4 * hotel.

Modern, stylish hotel. Good security with plenty of free parking. Nice, air conditionied room with very comfortable bed. Useful kitchenette area. Very good breakfast.

Do not book to arrive on a Tuesday. After a very hot, three hour drive, we arrived at the hotel early afternoon to be told that the restaurant and bar were closed on Tuesdays. So a hot and tiring walk to find refreshments.

Excellent stay, highly recommend. Location of the hotel a minute walk from the beach and small shops around (5 mins walk). Room was nice and comfortbale. Staff was really helpful, over expectations. Lots of communications from the hotel and expectations were clear. This hotel is a great stay in Cap d'Agde, would definitely go back.

Refresher could be done on balconies, staircases. Cleanliness of balcony could have been better. But overall not impacting my stay.

Loved the style of the hotel, white and clean. Close to a lovely beach. The gym was good- not over furnished with equipment, but good for a week's working out.

Pool was a bit cramped and enclosed. Have an allergy to pets, so had a bit of an issue with this. Wasn't clear on the booking that pets were accepted. Couldn't buy water at the hotel, which wasn't provided either. Could have done with a small shop onsite seeing as it was self catering.

Extremely clean; one of the cleaner hotels I’ve been in. Decent breakfast, some hot items and plenty continental. Very friendly staff, especially Amine at reception

There was only options for food 8-10am, 12-2 and 7-10pm. A small bar for the pool during the other hours may be a good idea. The gym is basic but functional, the cable machine could use an upgrade but it is still functional
