Easy 10 min walk from town, decent breakfast with even some fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereal/oats. Quick, easy check-in

I had a room above the entry to the parking, at night quite some people popped out for a smoke, loudly drinking, playing music on te phone, etc. Quite noticeable with the window open. Breakfast room is tiny, so very cramped.

Room was cool (weather was very hot), beds comfortable and quiet at night. Staff very welcoming. We were able to use lobby area after checkout. Breakfast area pleasant (outside in shade)

Breakfast was a bit basic, but that was expected, and not a problem.

We arrived early (before check in time) and there was no problem leaving our car in the safe and secure parking lot behind the hotel. The location was ideal - walking distance from the town centre. There was a great choice of foods for breakfast.

The toilet in the room was very tiny but the shower and wash basin were located in another room which helped.

This budget hotel provided good value for money and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was small but was great for our 2 day stay in Sete. The hotel was not far from the centre of town where you could wander around the waterways, eat in one or two of the many seafood restaurants or just enjoy a coffee. The hotel had its own secure parking area which we used for a very small fee.

Only comment is that it may have been a bit compact if we had stayed more than 2 nights.

Not too far from the central train station and Sete centre. A bus stop directly outside. Nice, friendly staff.

I am still not sure whether there was any air conditioning in the room. I certainly could not find it!

Very cheap! And it was very well organized, the staff was very friendly, the room had everything we needed (3 beds, WC, sink and shower), it was clean, and the parking was gated and had video surveillance.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. (Maybe whoever was in the room before us smoked in the room.)

We enjoyed the way that we were greeted, and given the information about the area, and where to eat breakfast was excellent and our  were really nice

The  location of the property is really easy to find places to eat and visit the local area

Location is very near the attractive centre but also close to the ferry port.

Location for exploring the town with its many seafood restaurants and boat trips. We could lock up our luggage before check in and the following day when we wanted to explore the town without baggage.

While Returning from Zurich to Lisbon by car, we toke some time to visit new places and stopped to sleep in Sète. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpfull and nice.
