We liked the proximity to the center of town and easy access to the restaurant district. The room was huge and the A/C held its own.

We were to arrive in the evening (advised hotel) and after learning a flight delay (also advised hotel) we arrived after midnight. The 24hr front desk is more “ish” than reality. The lobby was dark, no one there. The doorbell was unanswered. There was a phone number on the door which we called. After second unanswered call a nice but slightly disheveled man came to let us in and asked why we hadn’t used the door code. Obviously we had not yet then checked in so had no code. The room key was in an envelope on the desk so an exchange of bon nuits and we were set.

Location is good , v near canals and boat trips and bus lines to station and to beaches. Wide range of restaurants nearby.Large suite, very comfortable bed needed for furniture to put things on. Breakfast fine, nice patio for eating. Staff very friendly.

Room wasn't fully equipped - kettle but no cups ( or glasses). Reported a broken door in wardrobe but nothing done in 5 days we were there.

The location is excellent. We love the market up the road, the restaurants are all around the hotel. There is a lovely square very close by and you can walk along the canal.

The room was a bit dark. The lighting could have been better but it is only a minor problem.

Absolutely delightful reception from a young lady named Carla !! Very dynamic big smile always willing to help The rooms were very clean !! Morning breakfast very nice well organized with Carla in charge again ( this young lady is everywhere fast and efficient) Thank you !

The property could use a little revamp more colors in the room ( all gray)

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location for us in Sète.

A staff member told us that there would be a fridge in the room. There was no refrigerator. However, the staff did put our food in their fridge. The problem with that is that we forgot it.

Great location for where I wanted to be.

WiFi connection wasn't the best and I had to switch to my mobile phone, nearly the entire stay!

Great location on the grand canal. Breakfast was decent, if not special. Issue with room (bad drain smell) addressed promptly with a change to another room.

Lovely room, nice to eat breakfast in the courtyard. Perfect location in the heart of Sète.

The hotel parking was difficult to find and was in a one-way system so complicated if missed! Fine once the car was inside.

Excellent location near the canals. The staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. There is a bar/café in the hotel which is unusual in France. In 35oC heat room was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning. Fridge in the room was a bonus.

The orientation of the room didn’t work with a partition that served no purpose. The headboard was a mosaic design which was damaged and just acted as a dust collector.
