Location is good , v near canals and boat trips and bus lines to station and to beaches. Wide range of restaurants nearby.Large suite, very comfortable bed needed for furniture to put things on. Breakfast fine, nice patio for eating. Staff very friendly.

Room wasn't fully equipped - kettle but no cups ( or glasses). Reported a broken door in wardrobe but nothing done in 5 days we were there.

Absolutely delightful reception from a young lady named Carla !! Very dynamic big smile always willing to help The rooms were very clean !! Morning breakfast very nice well organized with Carla in charge again ( this young lady is everywhere fast and efficient) Thank you !

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location for us in Sète.

A staff member told us that there would be a fridge in the room. There was no refrigerator. However, the staff did put our food in their fridge. The problem with that is that we forgot it.

The hotel parking was difficult to find and was in a one-way system so complicated if missed! Fine once the car was inside.

Excellent location near the canals. The staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. There is a bar/café in the hotel which is unusual in France. In 35oC heat room was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning. Fridge in the room was a bonus.

The orientation of the room didn’t work with a partition that served no purpose. The headboard was a mosaic design which was damaged and just acted as a dust collector.

The shower door at the bottom was disgustingly dirty, and the shower door with soap stains not removed. That could do with a bit of a clean. We also felt the staff checking us in were a little abrupt and off hand. We would not however let this put us off returning

The hotel is in the very center, close to everything (shops, market, restaurants). Room large and spatious and bathroom perfectly clean and with nice toilet products.

The room was too warm and we sweated all night (heating on and duvet is too much)

Parking is easy and secure. The room ( superior Patio) is a good size, the bathroom is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. The room is very quiet. The hotel is in an excellent position right in the centre of everything.

Air conditioning difficult to work. We thought the courtyard should be non smoking

The hotel is well placed in the centre of Sete and provides an excellent balance between price and facilities.

We found the air conditioning hard to work and the room was rather warm.
