Restaurant decking over the sea is lovely, breakfast is excellent with lots of healthy options. Food is very good too as are the St Germain spritz cocktails! Great indoor pool and gym facilities. Facial was incredible at the spa.

The restaurant was not full yet they could not accommodate us for dinner so must have been a staffing issue. This is very much a place for the spa and families who like big resorts. I personally prefer a smaller boutique hotel but it was very comfortable and had everything you needed. There was also a digger outside doing works, I tend to think as a courtesy it's good manners to inform people who have booked that there are works going on and give then a complimentary drink or similar as a goodwill gesture.

The wait times at the bar and restaurant. The restaurant is pricey for the food served. We went there on the 2nd service, and the kitchen was already closed so our dishes were obviously not so fresh…

The resort is very nice. No need to leave the hotel during your stay. The rooms have a decent size and are clean and tidy. Service is perfect and well organised. Restaurant has a good menu with amazing dishes. Walking distance to the beach.

The treatments at the Spa are very nice but overpriced. A bit of a disappointment for a great experience at the resort. Leaves a bad taste after two days at Côte Ouest Hôtel Thalasso & Spa Les Sables d'Olonne.

Fantastic view from my room. Pleasant and quiet place. Beautiful nature around. First morning i was surprised to see wilde rabbits around. It’s definitely place i want to visit again.

Friendly staff , good facilities. Clean and comfortable . Didn’t use restaurant so can’t comment on food . Good variety for food outside hotel .

Beautifully decorated hotel and restaurant. Excellent restaurant and a lovely reception area with the bar looking out over the ocean (same as the restaurant).

Breakfast was excellent we took this in our room and enjoyed the scenery from our balcony the restaurant in the evening was exceptional the taste the quality of service was second to none we were delighted with the facilities and used the spar and pool etc. Spar and Restaurant were wonderful quality food quality service knowing France and England / USA we thought the Service was level with the UK and USA which is not always the case in France generally speaking however the hotel service and the fact that people knew and understood it was a special occasion made everything even more perfect from when we arrived to our bedroom, through to the evening meal made it exceptional thank you

one small but very important point we noticed was the footpath towards the reception - there needs to be a more prominent, clean and signposted route from the carpark to the reception without walking up the road or the side grass area.

Situation of the hotel was perfect unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to use the facilities, great place to relax on our journey back to the U.K. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive especially Sandra on reception who couldn’t have done more to make our stay special.
