Satisfactory value for money

Very unprofessional at handling personal data. Undermining booking.com policiea by calling on the phone and asking for personal credit card details (?!) shile payment was already taken by booking.com. Damien's subsewuent message is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. If Ibis cannot dort out pahment guarsntee with Booking.com, they should not jeopardise their customer's private data snd should not sell tooms on Booking.com!

Exactly what an Ibis should be like. We will stay there again if/when we return to Pau. (By the way ... the staff were excellent!)

No real negatives ..... BUT ..... we don't "do" breakfast, except for a glass of orange and a cup of coffee/tea. No way were we going to pay €13 each for that. A pity that a small PDJ like ours is not catered for.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Great value for money and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

I don’t understand the obsession in IBIS hotels with tiny towels. And €5 for a coke I think is the most I have paid anywhere in Europe. Small niggles in what was a lovely stay otherwise.

Very consistent throughout the chain of ibis hotels. You know what you are getting and they accept dogs which is great.

Could do with a kettle in the room but apart from that all good.

No restaurant for evening meals. Unable to walk to nearby restaurants as the surrounding roads are very busy and do not have pedestrian crossings.
