The room was soooo spacious and lovely! I rented the room out for my wedding preparations and I don't regret it! We had enough room for my makeup and hairstylist to style me both at the same time, while receiving my family and bridal party. Thank you for making my wedding weekend so memorable and beautiful!

The room was big and nice

There was a dead huge insect stuck at the inside of the window and it looked like it was there fir a very long time before we came. Also, I didn't like the toilet room without a sink to wash hands.

The hotel is close to Westfield mall ,great location for everything, bus stops, metro station ,aldi many more restaurants and shops. We booked 2 rooms one for our children ,big room with kitchen like a house, lovely staff very kind I would recommend to everyone. Good value. Thank you so much for your lovely welcome.

The presentation of the rooms were visually appealing and fills you with expectation of comfort as you open the door. Good use of space and facilities

No in room ironing board, so had to wear clothes as brought from England.

Problem with aircon in room given - reception solved it quickly when notified. Room layouts are more suited for business travelers. Bar was closed on Friday afternoon until Monday morning- strange?

The room was for my children ,we booked 2 rooms , they really like the locations of the hotel close to Burger King, Mac Donald and many more restaurants , Westfield mall ,bus stop and train station to Paris. Lovely staffs👌very kind.

Nice hotel. Large clean rooms and bathroom.

There were no shampoo, conditioner, vanity kit in the bathroom. The room temperature control did only blew out hot air no air con.

Friendly and competent staff. Very helpful. Check in and check out was quick and smooth.

Fuss-free check-in. Quite basic facilities but good value for the price. Room had a kitchenette.

No chair at the desk in the room - no-one answered phone when I tried to call reception. Had to go find one from a conference room. Restaurant was closed - there are some options in the neighbourhood (McD's or similar).
