Our room was very large, comfortable and tastefully decorated using high quality materials. Everything inside the buildings of the hotel complex emanated a rich yet discrete atmosphere of comfort. No bling-bling here! The sauna/pool area was very welcoming and spotlessly clean. Outside, there are many walks and cycle tracks to explore vineyards, forests and the open countryside. The personell were friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous property with incredible service! The amenities were really top notch all around.

It was really warm in our room, I learned the ac was broken in our room when we checked out and some others in our corner. Apparently the hotel was not full when we were there so I wish they would have moved us to another room where the thermostat was working. Although I also could have asked - I figured maybe the rooms would here just warm - but learned that wasn’t the case when we checked out. The room service options are limited when the main restaurant is closed - which can be rough when you need something to heat. The limited stew options on those days aren’t that exciting.

Beautiful property in the middle of a vineyard in Provence. Charming with an old castle, wine cellar. Michelin start restaurant with really great food. Cool bar with board games. Staff was really nice especially the manager of the swimming pool. Cooking class with a professional kitchen

Equipment in the pool could be nicer (cheap umbrellas, not comfy beds etc). Property could be more taken care of: no more animals in the farm, no chickens, a lot of the plants dying. We were kicked out of the spa at 6.50pm because it was closing in a not very delicate way

I have stayed in many chateaux, but this was truly the best. The history and ambience were kept with beautiful, comfortable rooms. I wish I had more time to explore the stunning gardens and use more of the facilities. We ate in the bistro and enjoyed that too.

The fact that I could not spend more time there.

The grounds of the hotel were the most beautiful place we have ever been. All the staff worked hard to make sure the stay was perfect. Dinner at the chef's table for Jardin De Berne was incredible. The cooking class with the Sous chef was a once in a lifetime experience. The spa and all the pools were ultimate relaxation.

The bisto was disappointing from a food quality, ambiance and service prospective. And the drinks /food were expensive at the pool (but delicious).

Very well welcomed ! Our pet was super well looked after. Very relaxing environment. We had nice walks around the domain. The gym is spacious and well lighted. The pools are quiet.

The food was a bit repetitive or not a lot of choices for lunchtime on the menu. But the staff did the best with their daily suggestions, which were good.

The space , the design , the pool area. The chefs table was superb. The quietness and the architecture and the remoteness.

We thought the Bistro food menu was not very authentic. The service at the Bar was erratic and the list of champagnes by the glass very limited. I don’t use QR codes and they were everywhere and not my idea of 5 star. The ‘ hotel’ dog that joined us for breakfast was not appreciated by everyone and I would have preferred not to have had to share it with him !

Beautiful property with amazing amenities and surroundings . Staff were helpful and welcoming . The bedding was super comfortable and the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Multiple pool area and the spa was a plus .

One of the restaurants of the premises we wanted to eat was closed . Beautiful bar area however it was a bit slow and breakfast was a bit over rated in my opinion .

Wow! My husband and I had the most romantic and wonderful stay here during our honeymoon trip. The grounds of the hotel were incredible and so gorgeously maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was private, gorgeous, and so romantic. The beds were also profoundly comfortable. What a luxury! We wished our stay could have been longer but we can’t wait to one day return here.

Exceptional setting, landscape and food. Great breakfast. Great staff.

Shower smelled like a sewer. Staff fixed the issue after notification.
