The friendly reception and service we received at reception Fabiola were exceptional. On our last visit we left our spare car keys in the room. When we arrived at out ultimate destination we rang the hotel who had found our keys and put them in a safe place. Fabiola found them abd was positively pleased to hand them over. The restaurant on site was very nice and the 2 ladies running it were both efficient and friendly. the menu is fairly basic but the food was reasonably priced and very good. Well done all round !

We arrived in the pouring rain so the location was very handy to get us off the motorway. The receptionist was great and offered to find us a place to eat if the place next door was unavailable. The restaurant next door was able to seat us later than we actually wanted and the food was good.

Our main observation was with the restaurant connected to the hotel. There appeared to be only two staff a cook and a waiter both of whom were working frantically. They were doing a really good job and actually running between tables. We felt sorry for them. I know this review is about the hotel, but the restaurant is connected and after a long days driving all we wanted to do was have a bite to eat and go to bed!

I really appreciated the kindness of the staff. The hotel is located near the highway so it is a very good option for a one night stop during your trip. There is a good restaurant next to the hotel and you can access directly from the hall. It was very nice to have an automatic hot beverage distributor and I have to say the soup was very good, but you can also choose cold drink or snack. The hotel has no lift so I suggest if you have heavy luggage to ask for a room at ground floor. I also appreciate the private parking closed with metal gate and fence.

Very dog friendly and had a special area set aside where we could eat breakfast with the dog so that we didn;t have to leave him in the room on his own.

Everything was very good. only minor suggestion is maybe a bit of a larger selection of fruit / yogurt for breakfast and also replenish cups etc more often

good location for an overnight stay along the journey. very close to the motorway, convenient parking. Staff quite courteous and efficient. clean and basic rooms. Basic breakfast but paid for us. in essence, a good choice suitable for the low cost!

The room was adequate for the price. Bunk beds but it was comfortable. The room and the washroom was clean.

At the counter when we arrived late at night the clerk could not understand any English, so it was a bit difficult to understand each other. He was really friendly and helpful though. The person there in the morning could speak English.

Good on site restaurant. Good breakfast although range of breakfast cereal was limited and the “Muesli” was awful. Friendly staff. Good parking. Easy access to Peage.

Shower cubicle too small. Breakfast tasty but limited.

Nice young man on reception. In the morning I made the mistake of saying bonjour and prompty walked into the glass outdide door. Much blood from the nose but helped greatly by the nice young guy who provide several seviettes to stem the bleeding and also provided reassurance. well done

Lovely lady on reception who was extremely helpful, gave me an extra pillow on asking. Great for an overnight stop with a restaurant attached where we had a lovely, very tasty meal.Slept really well. Great carpark (free) Good value for money.

The bathroom is a little small, as was the room. But it's not a big issue.

Close to the highway, lots of eating options around and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast was good and filling and overall it was a great one night stay.

Though the room was super clean, the shower had a ton of hair, and I had to use my flip flops to take a shower. Other than that, everything was good and ideal if you're on the road.
