Great room, completely renovated, enough light points, enough charging points, television. There is a desk, hangers to hang your coat and other clothes, nice bed. Very nice spacious, clean bathroom and nice thick towels. The room is very well isolated against noice. I arrived after closing time (after 8 pm) and the access system worked easily and flawlessly. There is a restaurant next to the hotel, so it doesn't feel isolated. In the morning the staff was very friendly and the breakfast (wich I didn't take) smelled wonderfull. The hotel is well positioned near the highway, but still far enough not bothered by it

There was a sewer smell in the bathroom.

We have stayed at this hotel several times with out 2 dogs en route to Spain. The staff are always welcoming and remember us. It is an ideal location just off the motorway. The rooms are basic but comfortable, clean, warm. Breakfast is perfect with waffles made to order. Plenty of tea and coffee, pastries and savouries. The serving staff are always very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight stay on an ongoing journey. Also, this year we were very pleased to see that the local Italian restaurant was open which is on site.

Absolutely nothing. Very much suits our needs.

The room was small and basic but it was clean. The shower was hot and had excellent pressure. The room had reverse cycle air con which was very welcome because Mâcon was freezing when we were there. The staff were the highlight of our stay. They helped us so much with organising taxis despite us knowing very limited french. Breakfast was yummy, locally sourced and they even cooked waffles to order. I highly recommend Fasthotel Mâcon.

A clean, quiet, and simple room with easy communication with staff, contactless check-in, and an electric car charger on-site. Perfect for a stop during a long drive.

Perhaps a kettle would be a great addition to the room :)

Manager very pleasant and helpful. We had a room at the back of the hotel that was excellent in terms of unloading car and was also good because it had picnic benches that you could sit at to have a coffee or beer. As it was a very warm, humid evening this was very pleasant and although there are roads nearby it was well shielded. Real value for money.

Car broke down manager allowed us to stay two extra nights could not have been more helpful

The hotel is perfect for overnight stay while travelling on motorway not the place to be marooned without transport

Very well priced, and ideally located for an overnight stop - which is all we were after. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were clean and more than enough for what we were after.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. We arrived on foot and the restaurant next door was closed so the wonderful chap on reception offered us a choice of meals that he could prepare in the microwave. The hotel didn’t have to do this, it was a kind and resourceful gesture. The meal was very good!

The breakfast was awesome, the room great for just the one night. The staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

It didn't smell good (it came from the sewage I guess) and breakfast ends too early
