The most beautiful property, in idyllic grounds, and a great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. Gorgeous pool, outdoor dining, great breakfast. Two lovely sunny balconies/sun terraces overlooking gorgeous French countrywide, for a glass of wine and game of cards in the evening. Location between two absolutely fantastic towns (Gaillac and Albi) with great restaurants, and local markets, both within a 10-15 minute drive. Brilliant host, very helpful. Would thoroughly recommend!

Nothing to dislike, everything was great.

Everything was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Brigitte, our warm and welcoming host, made us feel great. The breakfast was beyond delicious from local ingredients. The stunning mansion we stayed in was simply breathtaking, old, but super comfy at the same time, with its charming architecture and beautiful surroundings. It was truly an unforgettable experience that exceeded all of our expectations.

Really lovely boutique hotel in a restored chateau. The hostess is very kind and welcoming and very much makes you feel at home there. The grounds are lovely and large enough to make the house feel very private. The shared kitchen for guests is very convenient for storing a cold drink or making yourself a small meal. Parking there feels safe and there's some shade for the cars. My room was very pretty with a luxurious oversized shower.

The host, Brigitte, could not have been more wonderful. She warmly welcomed us, showed us the available rooms so we could select. and provided tea and cookies for our arrival. The next morning she shopped at 7am (!!!) for oat milk for our breakfasts - above and beyond our expectations. The chateau has been in her family for 5 generations. There is also a very modern 2 bedroom gite that can be rented, if old furnishings are not your preference. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, the shower good, and the breakfast tasty.

The single beds in our bedroom were a little firm and small for my comfort. I'm less a lover of old furnishings, but the ambiance of this place was lovely for our visit. I would come back next time I'm in the area - special place & people!

Domaine du Buc was the HIGHLIGHT of our holiday. It is a GLORIOUS chateau that is impeccably run by the hostess Brigitte. She is beyond lovely and helpful and the home and surroundings are breathtaking. Delicious breakfasts in the back garden, an intriguing pigeonniere, a beautiful pool. The beds were so comfortable, the shower was wonderful. They even have a guest kitchen if you want to cook your own meals which we opted to do one night. Our family would rate this a 20 out of 10. I only wish we had stayed longer. It is a perfect spot from which to explore the region.

Nothing could have been better.

Lovely manor house. Our room was large and comfortable and bathroom was very large with tub and separate shower. Property was a country setting with genteel ambiance. Interesting pigeonaire on property. Beautiful pool area.

Beautiful, historic property that was incredibly charming. From the rooms to the outdoor facilities - everything was fantastic. Brigette was a great host - and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

This is a very special place with a very hospitable owner, she provides a personal and warm welcome, makes you feel at home and is a great source of tips for trips. House with a history, all rooms are exquisitely decorated and the breakfast is excellent and served in the garden. We loved being here.
