The hotel was okay and prette descent value for the money, but the "grand" is from an earlier er if you ask me.

We booked 1 room for our family (2 adults and 2 small kids) which was confirmed. Just some hours later while in the car to the hotel they called us that there was no 4 bed room available so they splitted up the family. Once arrived at the hotel it seemed that both rooms were on the extreme ends of the floor which was very uncomfortable with luggage etc. We got free breakfast after asking for a compensation, but that did not made up for the huge discomfort to be honest.

Really good placed. Not to close it too far from the city center. In front of the Train Station. Staff was really nice and helpful, breakfast was good.

Compared to the main hall, the rooms looked a little old fashioned, the TV, even though it was SmartTV, wasn’t connected to WiFi, so I couldn’t watch anything but the French television.

Close to the center of Albi and not in the middle so it was easy to locate. There is parking next door that connects to the hotel. A better breakfast than the usual meager French offerings. The staff were very cordial and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The shower room door was a bit tight to enter. Not a real problem.

Very big comfortable room and bed. Good private garage. Helpful staff. Not too far from town centre.

Swimming pool was out of commission (empty) and leak in Toilet through light fitting

Nice place just in front of the station but still quiet and close to the historical center. Thank you to Camille and Fabien for the restaurant in the evening which was very good. Thank you to Géraldine at the reception for her kindness and energy.

Something to further hide the sun at sunset in the restaurant would be welcome for the people facing the street. An air conditioning in the gym is needed as it cannot be used in summer due to the heat although there are good equipments for a short training.

Location was opposite the train station and the free minibus ran regularly into the centre The open area near reception was comfortable and we watched the Euros there Staff were friendly

The decor in the bedrooms looked a little tired

We had an issue with our flight causing a delayed arrival . Every contact I had with the staff before and after our arrival was extremely helpful , kind and very friendly .

We had no concerns

Excellent hotel, courteous and helpful staff, great facilities and spotlessly clean. Great location in a great old city.

Very little to complain about other than the lack of milk in the room for a cup of tea (very English complaint😁).

Pretty good overall although the room hadn’t had the makeover that the ground floor had had.

Location just a bit out of the centre and parking limited outside the hotel.
