The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help with a medical problem. Pierre was an exceptional manager. Ines assisted with directions. Other staff were kind, thoughtful and polite.

I like almost everything: the staff is nice and welcoming, and the food was really good. The room was clean and the color combination was really interesting.

The hotel does not own parking in the venue. They have advised us, where to park, in close proximity.

Good breakfast. Parking short walk away at Ibis Budget. Easy walk to Albi centre.

Hotel lobby, dining and room are well kept and clean. Few minutes from town centre, eateries and supermarc.

Modern facility extremely well placed in city center to provide access to the great city of Albi. Best Ibis ever.

Our twin room was slightly small compared with the double the room we had next door
