Breakfast included local and organic foods. The traditional croissant, chocolatine (pain au chocolat), coffee and the like but also 5 different kinds of jams/ confits, cereals, eggs, meats, fruit, yogurt and more. Very delicious, very worth the price and well laid out. The staff were friendly & the buffet was kept well stocked and clean. The room was small but the space was very well used so that we had a double bed with a bunk. There was a WC, a separate shower with a curtain for privacy and a separate sink/mirror which allowed the 3 of us to get ready in the morning with relative ease despite the tiny space. We felt welcomed. There was also a spacious lobby with a few items to entertain the kids. The hotel held our luggage for us until our room was ready so that we could go on the town once we got there around 10am. The A/C (Clima in France) was good.

The room was tiny so it was a bit squished getting our bags repacked after the 2 night stay. We had to have breakfast/ pack in shifts. No dresser in the room but that was OK with us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A modern structure with a private parking that is close to the centre to easily visit Albi. The room is just a bit bigger than a ferry cabin, but who cares! It has all the stuff needed

8€ to park a motorbike is not cheap, but the safe underground park is worth the money. It is not a minus, but a fun fact: the amount of doors to go from the room to the underground parking is insane 😆 every time I got lost and thought to be in some kind of escape room game

Staff members are very friendly. They fulfilled my requests for the room location and it's on the top floor. Thank you. The hotel is near the train station and walking distance to city center and tourist locations. The stay was relaxed and comfortable. Best of all, the accommodation including breakfast was truly inexpensive.

I got a room on the bottom floor, beside the garage door and my windows were towards the parking. I didn’t feel completely safe, plus I couldn’t open the curtains so I had to turn in the lights during the morning.

Great value for the price. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful at check-in and the location is excellent (the bus station for my day trip to Cordes sur Ciel was a one minute walk from the hotel, so if you're doing a bus trip the next morning, it's perfect.) There's a pizza place a few doors down too. No bad odours in the room or any of the other problems you'd worry about for the price category. Great for travelling on a budget as there is no compromise on cleanliness or safety.

Reception without problem, staff friendly, most of them multilingual. Lobby and breakfast room very comfortable and friendly furnished, particulary lobby and bar area large enough. Breakfast plentyful and good

ROOM DOOR LOCKING SYSTEM WAS HORRIBLE. Shower not suitable for larger persons. Coffee machines in the breakfast room were very loud and could be better. Cleanelyness in the breakfast room could be better

What a lovely budget hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is superb- everything most visitors would want to get too is only a max 15 minute walk. The train station is also 15 mins walk away. Highly recommended!

Clean , welcoming. Walking distance to the centre. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Nice relaxing seating area in reception with a bar. Staff helpful.

Well I would have liked to make tea in my room rather than going to reception for hot water. When I wake up I like a cup of tea. I feel it would have made my stay more enjoyable had I had a kettle in my room and be able to have tea when I want. Also the bunk bed above me was so annoying as I kept hitting my head against it when I forgot it was there.

We needed a hotel room for one night to sleep and have breakfast the next day. Ibis was perfect for this. It was clean and 5 minutes walk to center of town. Breakfast was very good. My two children (12 and 16 , both petite) fit comfortably in the beds with me. We had a standard room.

We were a little surprised that we were expecting to make up the top bunk bed. We ended up not using it because my older child slept in the Murphy bed. But it would have been a challenge to make and if I were older or disabled, it would’ve been dangerous to make up the top bunk.
